Brisket was jucy but 1/4 pound plate had 3/4 inch fat cap on top. Pulled Pork was 50% dripping fat. The beans were very good and had a slight hint of mustard like base. Slaw was unremarkable but the small square of cornbread was very good. Tab for a 2 meat combo with no drink was $26

Best BBQ outside of Texas! I had the brisket and pulled chicken. It was tender and juicy. Also had the pulled pork/Mac and cheese burrito the next visit which was amazing. Dustin was very helpful and is a great chef! 100% recommended for great barbecue in Yelm!

I never had BBQ this good. I am telling ya, this is the greatest BBQ on the planet. When they have juicy in their name, it better be juicy. The BBQ rib is juicy! The pork belly chunks were so juicy… hot damn!!! Go there and get your BBQ. You will go home happy. I ordered $165 worth and it lasted for 3 days. The BBQ after the first day was the same. Excellent!!!!

Came here today for lunch and ordered the sausage and pork plate with coleslaw and mac and cheese which included the corn bread.

The chicken, sausage, brisket were delicious….the pulled pork was kind of bland….the coleslaw needed some tang….the other sides were very good….I would suggest a little more bbq sauce, like the size of the white sauce….cornbread was good… the young man who waited on me was very personable & helpful….hope this helps!! Thank you

My husband and I decided to try something new for lunch today and man did this place not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious. Not only did the owner come out and chat with us but he also showed us the awesome smoker where he cooks the amazing food and he also let us try a sample of the brisket( also delicious) and some pork belly cubes (these were fire!). We will definitely be coming back!!

As a transplanted Texan I was hesitant, but I will say it is good BBQ. I will definitely be going back. I look forward to trying their brisket.

I’m not sure what has happened to the quality of food here but it was a horrible experience . I use to come a couple times a month, and haven’t been so I picked up something on the way home. The food was so bland, very dry. The Mac tasted super stale and old . Definitely not fresh made, if it was made “fresh” I would think it was days old from a box . Later that night I didn’t feel the best , and the next day worse. I don’t know what has happened , but I do not recommend this place anymore after this experience . And suggest anyone who reads this not to go here.
