A really nice atmosphere for a hibachi style dining experience! Here they will offer you some shakes which I would suggest you should try it’s yumm !! staff seemed very friendly, went there for a birthday and they took a picture of us and gave that picture to us in a frame, which was kind of nice. Parking was a little crazy, they share their parking lot with others business owners too !! Overall food was superbly delicious and healthy too !! Visit once!!

Been to Jenpachi a few times, last few experiences have been terrible. If they are suppose to be open till 9pm they should be. I travel 30 minutes to come eat there and get turned away cause they are closed. Another time I am not happy with the service, if people are coming in after 8pm the staff should offer them the 2 for 35. The place is a great place to eat however some changes need to be made. I have seen a few customers leave unhappy for the same reasons. #stepitup

Food and Service Latino people were awesome even though their English not that great. The White English people seem to have technology problems. Everything was great until their taking payment problems. This has never happen to me since I lived in Rochester, MN. I would give a 4 stars if it was not for that. Everyone seem not awake yet.

It was alright!!!! Not as great as it used to be. We ordered lobster and shrimp Habachi. Could’ve been better as the portion seemed small and seasoning vise, everything was a little too salty. The salad was doused in sauce that was super salty. I feel like they used to have better miso soup and salad that is why my review is a little critical as I know they used to have better services and food!!! We will go back and try a few more dishes because it used to be my favorite Habachi spot.

I was with my 2 friends (we’ll call them friend 1 and friend 2) and Friend 1’s parents celebrating friend 1’s bday. The waiter came over and started taking our orders. Friend 2 is very lactose intolerant and specifically requested that her salad come out with no dressing as she didn’t want to take any chances. We all heard the waiter say “yes” and write it down. Salads and soups came out, and Friend 2’s salad was drenched in watery, orange dressing. The server that served the starters didn’t speak hardly any English and unfortunately did not understand us when we tried to tell her friend 2’s order got messed up already. The salad looked like a pre made store bought mix. It was wilted and soggy. The soup was essentially salty chicken broth with a very overpowering mushroom taste. The portions were tiny. The chef came out and started us off with trying to squirt lemonade into our mouths (my friends and I are under 21 and they don’t squirt the sake into minor’s mouths). Friend 1 and I said no. Friend 2 went before us, though. But she didn’t really want do it but was forced to when the chef held the bottle right in front of her face and started to squeeze so the lemonade would squirt her face. She had to open her mouth and go along with it to avoid getting sprayed with lemonade. The chef then started to cook the food and when he finished the fried rice and dished it out, it was pretty bland and I found chunks of uncooked rice in it. The bowls of rice were also pretty small. Friend 1 and her parents ordered something with filet mignon as a part of it and Friend 1 asked it be cooked well done and her parents asked for theirs to be cooked medium. The chef brought out one filet mignon despite there being 2 orders with 2 filet mignon’s (the parents were sharing). It was cooked well done and cut into small cubes and distributed to Friend 1 and both her parents’ plates. They didn’t get much steak. The vegetables were lacking flavor and over-salted. The filet mignon was the same way. Mine and friend 2’s Teriyaki chicken had very tough pieces mixed with tender pieces. The only flavor was salt. The waiter and server that didn’t know English very well were still very polite and friendly. The guy that greeted us upon arrival promised he would get a party’s table that had just left cleaned as quickly as possible and he followed through on that! They gave us our own table even though we could have fit with another group, they prioritized our comfort as they knew if they put us with that other group we would be crammed in. The show wasn’t very impressive and it got boring pretty fast in my opinion. My friends lost interest quickly as well. The parents were not impressed either as they were having their own side conversation. The food is kinda overpriced for the quality and quantity.

A really nice atmosphere for a hibachi style dining experience! They give you some sake if you wanted, but did not do the onion trains sadly. Haha staff seemed very friendly, went there for a birthday and they took a picture of us and gave the picture in a frame, which was kind of nice. Parking was a little crazy, they share the lot with a lot of other businesses

The food is tasty, and the portions are big, but I feel like things have changed in recent months for Jenpachi. The last time I ate here we had a few issues.

They claimed to have the best chicken fried rice in town and did not disappoint. I’d even say it was better than anything in my hometown too.

Came for dinner time. I ordered the combination hibachi of medium rare steak and chicken. I’ve been to many hibachi places across the US and this was a pretty mediocre experience. Very pricey and the food was alright. Definitely over salted (too much msg) and not enough actual flavor. It just felt like the food was really white washed and over priced. The presentation and cooking show was very lackluster and short.

Been going to jenpachi for a while. A huge fan of their food and there cooking. But recently everytime I order take out I feel like the portions are significantly smaller than when you dine in. This current time me and my roommates ordered filet and chicken and a filet entrees with 4 extra fried rice and a pint of the lobster sauce. What I received was a filet and chicken with only only five small pieces of filet and a little more than a couple pieces of chicken. Then my roommate did not get any better with the portion size with only a couple pieces of filet. Then ordering 4 extra rice orders only receiving 2 was not on the agenda either. Then having the rice container filled 3/4 of the way I just know I’m not getting my value not in the slightest. Then ordering and extra pint of lobster sauce does not equal 2 extra 4oz containers the math does not work. I am a huge fan of the food but I feel that recently everytime I order I feel like I’m rolling the dice and I might as well order fast food because fast food is more consistent.
