The Saucy Shrimp Tacos were amazing for a light meal. Price was a little high. Service was great with a proper balance of attention and privacy. The atmosphere was OK. I was the only one in the building besides staff at the time, so no activity was going on.

This was my first visit to Jeffersons. Overall it was a good experience, but there were a few hiccups. Our host was very prompt and we were seated right away. Our server was quick to get our drinks and take our order, she done a great job at that. Our fried pickles came off very quickly, and we’re quite delicious. Our food didn’t take very long to arrive, and they were somewhat busy. There was a few small errors with our order, but they were handled promptly and courteously. My burger was quite tasty, the beef patty could have been better, as it was kinda flat and lifeless. My daughter’s wings were quite good according to her. The fries were a bit to salty, so I left them along, someone may have been crying in them. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant seemed quite boring, as all the tvs are muted and there were no soft tones of music to be heard. This could be a really good spot with a few changes, but it wasn’t terrible.

In the area vacationing and stopped in. We were seated, but no server would wait on us. Nearly 20 minutes go by. I asked a server if she knew who our waitress was and she said “one minute.” She never returned.

FALSE ADVERTISING! They were having a special prices for their anniversary. meal total was no where close to these prices listed and yes I got what was supposable on the $1 price. Did not get told there would be any up charges or different prices than listed. Waitress was no where in sight and had to keep asking other employees to go find her. When talking to the manager about it. He did not make it right! He went to the tip and basically threw a few bucks at me. I even added up every charge on the receipt and it didn’t add up to the total even with the taxes.

Had my friends meet me for happy hour and our first server was great. when her shift ended we were supposed to be handed off to another server but no one came to our table. Took us an hour to get appetizers and water, and by then they had to charged everyone full price instead of the happy hour price. Even the drink special of the day wasnt honored. This was their first time eating here and I was mortified at the service after reccomending jeffersons so enthusiasticly.

There is a breakdown in service. When you’re seated, a game of “not it” ensues based on the very few, clearly undertrained and overworked servers. What is truly concerning, is that our server particularly did not meet professional standards, and the team there were in “let her burn” mode. Essentially, it was obvious to me that the rest of the wait staff had had enough of my server inability, to the point where they wouldn’t help her, essentially guaranteeing my poor experience. This isn’t a wait staff issue, this is poor management and the long term effects of not wanting to terminate bad employees that ruin team synergy. You as a customer are simply in the crossfire.

Went around 7, and the place was empty. With it being a Monday, I figured it may have been a little busier, but whatever. There were 4 servers, and I was seated pretty quickly when walking in. It took another 10 minutes for my drink to get ordered after I sat down, and then my food took nearly 20 minutes. I got the Philly cheese steak, which was mediocre, wasn’t really worth the $16 it cost me.
