Our passion for fries began in a food truck (in Ireland) back in the 80’s. Today we bring our passion and love of fries to Cromwell CT. Served naked for dippin’ or dressed with J. Fry Co. choice of meats, sauces and cheeses, we’re sure you’ll love our fries as much as we do!

I visited here to try the fries and they were delicious. The Taco Fries were awesome and I went back for the garlic/cheese fries a few days later. Fries are a good size for lunch, but I’d recommend getting an entre with the fries for a dinner option. The hot dog was good, but I was looking for my onions to be a little more cooked. Minor, but thought I should point that out.

5 Star experience! Highly recommended! We ordered the Taco Fries and the Buffalo Fries. Both were really good but the buffalo fries were amazing! The milkshakes were delicious as well!!, We had regular Vanilla and a Nutella. The food was brought out in less than 10min. Great service! Will definitely be back! What are you waiting for? Quickly because a once a month thing! It’s in a little plaza but definitely stands out. Cute, cozy inside but strangely is a little too cold so we just prepare for it. They have a nice selection of fries, burgers and shakes. We’ve tried several but Poutine fries may be my fav and all the burgers and shakes I’ve had I loved. The curry was the most interesting fry I tried but it was too sweet for me. Customer service is amazing. My 1st time going my fries seemed hard. When we sat down I noticed that mine were way darker than my nieces. When I was asked how we liked everything I told them I thought maybe my fries were burnt and showed them my photo. They apologized and offered me new ones which I declined. She gave me a lil something for next time which was so thoughtful and showed that they value their customers. Love the greenery they’ve got going in the outdoor sitting area. We usually eat out there and walk around. Please remember to throw away your trash if you do the same, and bring your tray back inside. Must try!

You better believe the burgers are downright Yummy! I always go with the double being a frugal shopper, meaning more beef for your buck! I now have to add that their chicken sandwich may be the best I ever had! The family really wanted JFC for dinner and of course I caved. When you visit for lunch that same day and get a double burger and the absolute BEST fries in New England, it was in my best interest to get the chicken sandwich for dinner. It also happened to be free fry Friday with taco fries the selection of the week. Being a plain old fry guy, I decided to try them for dinner. I will now only get the taco fries and now must try the plethora of custom fries on the menu. BTW, this is a marketing grand slam in my opinion! I never ate fries with a fork but with how they load em up with goodness, it is a necessity! Thanks to Emmett for bringing his vision to Connecticut. The staff in Cromwell is downright amazing!!

The staff are pretty friendly and personable. In my opinion The Husky Hot Chicken sandwich is beyond delicious. It has a beautiful crunch with just the right amount of heat. Free fry Friday is always a plus. Just keep in mind you don’t have a choice on which type is free. They do have a handy calendar so you know what the fry rotation will be for the following weeks. All in all it has always been a pleasant experience regardless of what I have tried here.
