Great quick service! Perfect for a lunch stop while you are shopping in Fashion Show Mall. They still serve the classic Nordstrom tomato soup. I miss the little cheese breads but u can get buttered toast that come on the burrata and heirloom tomato salad. The shrimp puttanesca was super tasty. Great salads and deserts.

I was surprised to see my favorite Nordstrom Cafe wasn’t there anymore but since I was here, I’ll give Jeannie’s a try. I’m glad I did. We started with the soup, one Minestrone and one tomato. Both were excellent. We then had the Mozzarella di Bufala, which is similar to a Margherita pizza and this, too, was excellent. We also had the Roasted Oyster Mushroom Pie as well, delicious. Being a big grilled cheese fan, I had to try the Eggplant Parmesan Toastie. This was my favorite. Needing a little extra protein, however, I also had a side of Sockeye Salmon. I don’t know why I can never get my salmon this delicious. For dessert we just had the coconut sorbet and the pistachio gelato. Both a wonderful way to finish the meal. Being Nordstrom, the restaurant is, of course, beautiful and the service top notch. Ben, our server is excellent and I thank him for the awesome recommendations. The manager, Kristie, stopped by to check on everything and ensure we were comfortable and being taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with their service, I will definitely be back.

New restaurant replacing what was the Nordstrom cafe; a collaboration with the accomplished Seattle Chef Tom Douglas and Nordstrom’s.

Delicious food and drink! Oops! Empty drink and I usually don’t order drinks!

I’ve never seen this place busy, but the food is delicious. My favorite is the French Dip sandwich and their wine pours are good.

I love their food and cocktails. Always a great experience and pleasant atmosphere. The reason for posting today is because hostess Magan, is absolutely fantastic. She’s engaging, friendly, attentive and made my day with her touch of southern hospitality vibes. I’ve watched her interactions with other tables and she’s equally awesome.

So, I’m vegan so this review is based off a vegan perspective. I was excited to eat here since I work at the mall and the cafe used to be a place I would eat at often. The service here is incredible and the staff I would easily give 5 stars to. The only option I had to eat was on the appetizer menue which was the marinated cauliflower. It was o.k., the flavor was ok, but nothing I would come back for, and the portion size was so small, for $9 plus drink and tip I wouldn’t come back again. I so wanted to like this place. It got a cafeteria like atmosphere, with a fine dinning experience with the staff, and the only thing to be impressive abou the food is the way it looks on a plate.

Husband and the family went there today and he had the bowl of tomato basil soup. Soup and bread were cold, he ended up extremely sick and throwing up hours later. Guessing the soup was bad.

A place different from the rest. A truly refreshing change. The menu offers different choices that I will definitely try in my future visits. The place, located at the upper level of the NORDSTROM store is quiet and nice with modern decoration and furniture. I was in the mood for a salad so I ordered the Wild Salmon Nicoise. It was well cooked and came with an interesting combination of vegetables and other sides. Next time I will ask to remove the olives. They’re excessively salty for en exquisite salad like this spoiling the rest of the meal that was, in my opinion, very good. Maybe a bit expensive but I believe is in line with NORDSTROM clientele. I will come back to try the pastas.
