Servers were top rate. I don’t eat steak often but sirloin doesn’t cut it, hot stoves and browning is fine, my steak was good (bone in 18oz Rib Eye). I ate half only due to a light appetite after 9pm. I could barely eat the truffle Mac n cheese. The hot bread was dynamic and we split a wedge salad which came with bacon. The best part of the meal was salad, bread, bacon, butter. My partner had a crab cake and it was on the small side sitting on fresh ginger and lime juice. This was underwhelming and the staff took our back and brought a fresh one about 10 minutes later. Good service. A staff member came to check and apologize, then another senior staffer came to strive for service. The crab cake couldn’t keep up with Pappadeaux’s crab cake in context. They comped the crab cake and offered dessert. The sauces were a nice touch and explained well.

Pros: Highly recommend. New favorite L.V. dinner spot! We had the oysters, octopus, chicken, steak, and asparagus. Everything was perfect. Service was wonderful. Staff were attentive. Decor and ambience was fab!

I’d been waiting to go here following a recommendation. Got a reservation (same day on a weekend) and headed out there. We were seated promptly after a few minutes of wait and immediately attended to. Great staff and moody ambience! But the crowd can get really noisy and ruin it for you if you wanted a quiet date night 😀

Upon entering Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria in Las Vegas, our initial interaction with the hostess was a tad underwhelming. However, any lingering doubts were quickly dispelled as the night progressed. The steaks? Nothing short of sensational, cooked to perfection. While most sides tantalized our taste buds, a word of caution for the garlic-sensitive: their macaroni & cheese packs a garlicky punch. Yet, the desserts were magnificent, each bite a testament to culinary excellence. Service was beyond reproach, making our dining experience a success.

Fantastic! I adore this place and it’s easily in the top 3 steakhouses in Vegas for me. So good, this is my second time here and it was everything I remember it to be. Pricey, yes, but you’re paying for world class food and this place delivers. Also, not too many places offer true Japanese Wagyu. You have to get that if you’re able.

We had the pleasure of having a fantastic dinner here. Upon entering we were first greeted by a lovely young lady Courtney who led us to our seats and made sure throughout our dinner everything was going well. Juan was great once being seated with recommendations and knowledge of the menu. The food was absolutely AMAZING from starters, sides, entrees, desserts (apple pie is a must) to the expresso martini. I can’t thank Courtney and her team enough for a fantastic evening. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a great meal with exceptional service. Will definitely be back when in Vegas again. We got there before our reservation, they couldn’t sit us until the whole party was there but we were welcome to sit at the bar, which was all reserved so why give that option? When we all were there at exactly our reservation, they made us wait 20 minutes to clean our table. They were 3 hostesses and only 1 was polite. We finally sit, informed us 3 people would be taking care of us, after offering us water. Great. After 30 minutes, watching all the tables being served, we had no bread, no refills, no drinks, no attention. Ridiculous. We finally decided to complain to the manager and the service picked up. The Rib eye looked delicious but it was not tender, the sea bass was not worth trying. However, the side dishes and dessert were good. Would I go there again? Unlikely

We had a delicious dinner at Jean Georges! The chilled seafood platter was amazing. My baby iceberg lettuce was a whole head of lettuce! My 6oz filet was one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. The lobster tail was huge! And the cheesecake and apple pie desserts were wonderful!
