JC’s is a great discovery. We had a LowCountry Boil with so much delicious shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob. I felt as if we were on a little vacation. You order the fresh ingredients and then sit in a water-cooled, enclosed patio. Kyle was great and helpful. Can’t wait to go back. If you love seafood & a bucket of cool ones , live anywhere near Aiken, and have not gone to JC’s Seafood on Whiskey, Well, you’re missing out. #H ME

Walked in at 7:30 to be denied service because they close at 8PM. That’s not how restaurants work. If you close at 8PM that means you serve until then. If you want everyone to be gone by 8PM you close at 7PM. However, in fairness he found out we were from out of town and offered to make our food to go. But since we were driving thru from out of town, we had no where to go to eat. And considering it was seafood and crab legs, come on. And again it was 7:30PM, apparently he was ready to go. And also he just didn’t want our business. We will not be back as we drove way out of our way to get there due to the good reviews.

Service was slow and the menu is limited now. Our shrimp was hard to peel and the eating area was so hot we couldn’t comfortably eat. There was a broken pipe so going in and out of the building got us soaked

As a Maryland native, I am serious about my seafood and had all but given up on seafood in the CSRA. Then, I found JC’s Seafood. The crabs, low-country boil, shrimp, and fish are to die for. The best seafood I have had outside of Maryland.

The saying about hole in the wall restaurants being a hidden gem couldn’t be more true when it comes to JCs. Everything tasted fresh and was rich in flavor. You have the option to pick and match what you want in your boil so I added clams, crab legs and shrimp. This was more than enough to feed two with leftovers and all at a good price. The atmosphere was inviting and very clean. 100% recommend you stop by!

Low country boil with snow crab legs (get Alaskan king crab when available!) was awesome. Eating inside the pavilion was sweaty hot, so be ready for drippy dinner. Well worth it!

There is one tiny warehouse to order and another gazebo with insect net to eat. The set up is weird if you have never been here before. I had low country boil with added clam and it was not bad.

One of my favorite places in Aiken to eat at. I always get the individual low country spicy with a side of the spicy seasoning. Oh and let’s not forget those crab legs. The staff is friendly and when it’s not the dead of summer the out side area is a nice spot if you got some time to enjoy your food there.
