I had the roast beef and it was very dry. I was somewhat disappointed because I was very hungry and that was my first time there. I didn’t like the fries either. They were kind of soggy and just weren’t what I expected as far as hand-cut fries go. I was thinking it would go back to try the hot dogs but I’m at Reading very many good reviews on them so I think I’m probably will pass!

Prompt and friendly service! The wraps are amazing! So many different options for food. The fries are great and the baked potatoes are a different but awesome option to make a meal. Easy in and out. I usually call ahead, or place my order online, and the food has always been ready or almost done when I get there. I have never had a bad experience going there. Also love that they have a corner that my kids can go and play while we are waiting for our food if we don’t call ahead first.

Service was poor, never a hello, just “I’ll be with you in a minute.” The chili on the chili dogs were burnt. We had to send them back. No apologies, just asking what was wrong with them. She sneezed several times into her gloved hands and I didn’t see her change the gloves or wash her hands afterwards, but continue to prepare food. I will never return nor recommend anyone here. Poor atmosphere, poor service, mediocre food.

Got the jammin dog it was really good. My girlfriend got the Italian beef sandwich it was huge and she really enjoyed it . Good prices and lots of options they will also start serving gyros next week cant wait to try one . Will definitely go back again real soon.

Usually get the same thing when I’m here -friendly staff. Last time the beef was dry and didnt have sauce. Since when is there no marinara on Italian beef??
