Normally my experience at J&C is great, so I wanted to take my granddaughter with me. The hostess sat us at the table and there we sat for more than 30 minutes, the place did not appear to be that crowded it just appeared that we were being intentionally ignored because it appeared the hostess sat us in an area no one was waiting tables. Instead of moving us or saying something we were just totally ignored… horrible experience, we eventually got up and left

Food was delicious! Poor customer service! My second time here with the same waitress, Sylvia, that doesn’t either like waitressing or customers. Not very friendly. The only time she shows up to the table is when she wants your money. Both visits, the restaurant was not busy. Recommendation: please check on your tables throughout their visit. There are people on this world who loves leaving a wonderful tips.

Our first visit and we had a very delightful time. Atmosphere was delightfully pleasant and the foods were amazingly delicious! All properly cooked and bursting with flavors to the very last bite! My family and I really enjoyed this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was even better. I definitely enjoyed the lobster tail, and steamed oysters. Anything with the JC sauce taste great. When ordering, get the JC sauce that combines every flavor. Make sure to shake the bag up to evenly distribute the sauce before you enjoy your food. I love it when nice establishments come to the Northside of town. I will definitely return and can’t wait to tell others about this restaurant.

The food and drinks are always great. They play music that I prefer to listen to. The service wasn’t that great, though. We had not been there for several months. The service was better before.
