Order: Pulled Pork Sandwich, Brisket, Pork Ribs, Texas Twinkie, and Potato Salad. The bark on the Brisket was full of flavor and the meat just melted as we tore through the 1/2lb. The Ribs were tender and flavorful, fell off the bone!
