Ordered online on 8/17/23. Was given a 25 minute wait time. Waited 35 minutes, showed up to pick up and my pizza wasn’t even in the oven. Forced to wait for the pizza while everyone everyone else’s food was getting cold. Wasn’t given any reason for it or an explanation as to why……food is great, service is atrocious.

Good service! Great wait times in and out. The food? Nope. It’s average pizza at best. If anyone in Maine has a brick oven? You will make mint up here.

Food is reliably good but you can GUARANTEE they will screw up your takeout order. Everytime. They’ll give it to the wrong person, forget to start something, or any other number of mistakes.

Ordered on grubhub, the driver and the app screwed it all up, and gave absolutely zero help.

I order from this place almost weekly and have for 7+ years but unfortunately the customer service has gone downhill so rapidly in the last couple months it has me seriously considering if I will continue. Tonight I was blatantly lied to by one of the team members just to justify them up-charging something that shouldn’t have been. I pointed out the error and was met with an attitude and lied to and that sort of service is just unacceptable.

One of the best pizzas I have had the experience of having. The pizza is delicious with a nice crisp crust made fresh in the store daily with a softer and tasty inside. Leftovers heat nicely in a toaster oven. The pizzas are always consistently made the same way, so they are always good. Being Italian I am particular about my pizza and Jason’s does it right. Great parking is available with many different locations to park as well as online ordering. Do not be afraid to order something other than pizza because whatever you order it will be spot on. Staff members are always professional and friendly, and prices are reasonable. The Bangor location is just as nice. Give Jasons’ a try you will not be disappointed! Enjoy! Since charging for an extra table spoon of sauce I had to drop a star off the review.

My husband stops here every once in awhile, especially if we cannot decide on what to dine and time passes quickly. Every once in awhile, the order is not exactly correct, but with the steady flow of traffic, it’s understandable. Some times parking can be an issue, as well as trying to just get into the parking area depending on traffic. They do have delicious chocolate-covered toffee, which I told my husband to stop buying.

I’m from Jersey and I’ve all but given up on finding a good pizza place in the area but then I found this place. It comes the closest to NY/NJ style pizza of any place around. The biggest problem with Maine pizza is the crust, most places don’t take the time to roll their dough out, so when you get it you have to chew through like an inch and a half of bread. That’s NOT the case with Jason’s, the crust is on the thin side with a crispy bottom, you can really taste the cheese and sauce and not just a mouthful of bread. The sauce also tastes pretty fresh and homemade.

I have not had pizza this good in such a long time. We just needed a quick lunch and saw this place driving by and decided to try it out. Service was quick, my pizza was piping hot and awesome. Will definitely be back.
