Imagine if a grocery store deli actually wanted to make good food with their deli. They actually do a great job at presenting the food. I got the beefeater which is basically a French dip and they cut it in two with my chips in between the sandwiches.

Place a to-go order. Waited over 15 minutes before finally approaching a staff member to see if there was a problem. The order was sitting on the counter (who knows how long). A a result, one sandwich was very dry by the time we got home. No apology from anyone after they found my food.

My husband and me and my mom and my Aunt love Jason deli and always get the same thing but some reason seems like they are putting more lettuce on there sandwich then anything else. Wish we don’t mind some but not that much . The gumbo soup the size of the bowl has definitely gotten smaller and 3 of us always get the fruit instead of chip’s or vegetables but we do not want our fruit laying in bread crums. The place is amazing to eat at but today wasn’t that good. My husband and me drive hour to hour and half just go there and eat and take my mom and aunt . Not sure why all the different types of lettuce but I’m not a rabbit. If that’s what it’s going to look like more like a lettuce sandwich we rather not have waste our money on it . Would like to have it way it use to be some lettuce and see the meat not few slices. As I said w all love Jason’s Deli and food is good but last couple of times wasn’t the same or that good

These employees will not make the food even if you’re standing there asking them to make it while you wait. I’ve been here hundreds of times. You cannot get help from the employees. They will actually stand and argue and say that they personally feel the store opens too early instead of making the food. Open the store whenever you want, but don’t accept orders then refuse to make them.
