No longer Diggers but now Jaripeo, a sister location to the one in the Fox Cities. They have just opened and this was a great experience. Happy staff, warm welcome and tasty, hot food. Chile Colorado was spicy and served with excellent tortillas. Cold pints of Mexican tap beer very reasonably priced. We will be back and good luck with your recent opening. Nice addition to the area.

We were at the new Stephenville location. A lot of food for the price. Service was excellent and food was good. Sometimes overdoing it but would rather have that than going and no one being attentive to the customer. The chimichinga was all meat and would have loved other things stuffed inside. It was on the outside but different than what I normally see in Americanized mexican. Overall a great dinner and will go again.

I would never expect such low key authenticity in a place that seems to effectively cater to a US rural market. It’s really hard to pull off dishes you could get from Little Village and ones from a suburban restaurant. They manage it somehow. Rooting for them.
