We just recently moved into Lawrence and were looking for a sushi spot. Japu gave us everything we wanted and more!

Food here is fresh and nicely presented. Staff is attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself has a great vibe. My boyfriend and I recently ate here and thoroughly enjoyed our food.

It’s really a wanna be Peruvian food, food it’s ok but not with the Peruvian touch. Unless you have gonna to Peru you won’t know how it really tastes the guy seating me wasn’t to pleasant to meet the cooks are not from Peru !!!! Maybe YouTube lessons … who knows the margarita was really good

I ordered the chicken yakisoba, and it was delicious. It is a cozy restaurant with a good ambiance and friendly staff. I hope that next time they expand and include more variety of foods in their menu.

Loved their Sapporo roll, their mixed ceviche is just meh. I wish they had more dessert options. Not a fan of their signature drink.
