I wasn’t a total fan of the food, but their extraordinary kind staff make up for it. If you’re in town, I do recommend stopping by. Even if I didn’t like it that much, there’s no guarantee you won’t love the food. I just thought it was a bit bland for my taste. The gyoza was served cold. But the complementary tea was great.

The fact that this place has an average of 4 stars due to service is beyond me. Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been very kind. They aren’t looking to get personal with their service, but this isn’t that type of dining experience anyhow. The food is absolutely phenomenal, hands down our favorite spot in town since trying it. Perfect amount of spice, nothing is too heavy, and the flavor is on point with everything we’ve tried so far. Give these folks a shot, and don’t degrade a local small business based on your sensitive expectations around transactional interactions, these guys are great!

Honestly disappointed. Just bought spicy chicken teriyaki along with regular chicken teriyaki and sushi. I got none of the toppings on my sushi like is advertised and I also go dry chicken teriyaki with no teriyaki sauce. Absolutely disappointing, won’t be going back and do NOT recommend

This use to be my favorite teriyaki place, but after today I’ll most likely not go back. The place is clean, good prices, and staff have never been rude. The food has taken a nose dive. I got the T13 chicken and beef teriyaki. The chicken was dry and grisly, rice was old and somewhat cold, and most disappointing was the beef. It tasted like the meatballs from a can of Chef Boyardi. Sad to write this, but don’t waste your money.

I go here often cuz the food is great, and if there was a better place near by I might change that up. Because I do agree. The lady working the front counter has never been nice, not once. Even when you try to be friendly she either doesn’t respond or just days “yup.” This place would do so much better if the lady wasn’t so rude. Seems to be a common thing according to reviews.

WORST SERVICE i have ever gotten of ALL time. they yelled at us because the wrong order was given to us, not even over exaggerating. i still had to pay for the wrong order because i didnt want to cause anymore issues. we were being as nice as possible but the attitude from these people is disgusting, they didnt even say a single word to us when we walked in and made every single interaction uncomfortable. the food was below average too, please train ur workers on how to be nice, welcoming people.
