Hands down the BEST Japan house I’ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I eat here a lot like 2 times a week or so. We always get there crab wontons ,chicken hibachi and their steak teriyaki. I’ve tried their egg rolls and also the shrimp plates! Everything is always fresh , hot and ready when I receive my meals.They give you a great amount of food and plenty of sauce for your rice and veggies! Definitely consider this place it’s one of the best around !

13 dollars, I got a water and three rolls. The rolls were DEFINITELY NOT worth the money, they were tiny. Absolutely not worth the money. I could have after probably 5 more rolls. So if I have to spend 25 dollars to get full. Might as well just go to a buffet. Way over priced I literally ate all three rolls in 1 minute

Was recommended to try this place. The food tasted ok (it was edible) but was kind of bland and needed some flavor. The portion sizes was incredibly small. I was shocked when I got my food. For what I paid I could have gone shopping, brought my own seafood and came out better. In my opinion they are way overpriced and overrated.

I would at this point give them a zero. The food isn’t bad if you can actually get the right food. I ordered on Doordash and I got the wrong food. Luckily for door dash, I got a refund for the terrible mistake. So, I thought I learned a lesson, so I called in an order. My husband picked up order, brought it home (25 minutes away on his way home) and got here and the whole order was wrong. Not one item. All of it. I ordered steak and jumbo shrimp hibachi and 2 orders of gyoza. Instead I got a steak bowl and the nasty looking spider roll ever and artificial crab with cream cheese roll. If I wanted sushi I would not order it from a “gas station” quality sushi place. I wouldn’t be so upset but I called to see if they could credit my order and the girl said no. You have to drive it back. They know I got the wrong order because my order is there and yet they want me to drive 25 minutes there and 25 minutes back to get the right order. I didn’t make the mistake. Well, I guess I did because I ordered from there and my husband did not know to check their integrity. I asked if I could talk to a manager or owner or boss and they said no, no one was there. Refused to correct my order. Refused to credit my order. Refused to do anything. I’m out 35$ with no edible food and they did nothing. I asked for someone to call me but I doubt they will. It’s sad when someone cannot admit to making a mistake and actually fixing the mistake. The people that work there must hate their lives and hate working around other people. Awful customer service. Awful ability to just read the right order off a ticket. Inability to help a customer. No management available to help when needed. Avoid this place like a plague if you actually want what you order. And seriously scariest sushi I’ve ever seen. See pictures.

Simple and good. Not fancy. No special seasonings. The usual Yum Yum sauce, soy sauce, chili pepper sauce, teriyaki too. Self serve sauces are kept in a fridge by the tables. Everything was fresh. Next time I will try their sushi.

Love the eel roll here. You order at the front and then sit down to eat so there’s no rush. Best little spot for sushi and plus there’s no music playing which to some might be a let down but for ME I personally don’t like Taylor Swift blaring in my ear while trying to enjoy a nice Japanese experience. Also I need to mention that the ginger dressing is out of this world !

Fast and delicious are the first things that come to mind. My food was done before I even got to swipe my card. The yum yum sauce was some of the best that I’ve ever had. Overall it was a very good experience and I’ll definitely be going back.

Really disappointed by the food. $45 later and the 4 meals left a lot to be desired. The fried calamari took an extra 10 minutes to chew. I think a used tire would have been easier to eat. The rice was extremely dry and should only be consumed with additional sauce. The highlight of the meal was the spring rolls. These grease soaked rolls provided relief from the dry rice and tire calamari. The chicken seemed fresh but the shrimp seemed frozen and thawed once ordered. The meal provided a great deal of shrimp, but they didn’t provide much flavor. We only tried Japan House because Fuji’s was closed. The pictures can’t explain the trouble this meal caused. Perhaps one day this food will measure up to the prices charged.
