A small Japanese steakhouse. I took my sister there for a treat. Food was super greasy, but you can always ask for less butter. My filet mignon was good. It does need to be updated in my opinion. Otherwise its a good place to get together.

Delicious food and big portions. They also have very good martinis and other drinks. If food is all you looking for then that’s place for you. I won’t give 5 stars because of the place itself. It’s dated and kind of dirty. Some minor updates can make this place awesome.

Good food, good show, usually can walk right in. Check groupon before you come. Try the portabello mushroom! The bad: cocktails are poor, and it can get pricey even with groupon.

We were given a recommendation by a relative to check this place out, that the food was good. They weren’t lying!! The food was great! The place wasn’t very busy when we went but it just meant that the chef focused his attention on us and the “floor show” was for us. He was awesome! He was juggling knives and spatulas and flipping shrimp, pieces of steak and chicken around like they were connected to him by strings. It was quite entertaining! My one and only complaint was the price. Although not outrageous I felt for what you got it was overpriced. If the prices were a little more “reasonable” I’d probably have given an easy 4 stars.

The food was good, however the service is slow. We waited for almost 20 minutes just to order or drinks and it took about 10 minutes to get them. While we waited for our cook the other tables foods were being prepared and the whole room filled with steam and smoke and my daughter and I began to cough and almost had to leave the restaurant completely. This restaurant needs to update their ventilation system in a big way. The ceiling panel tiles are covered with years of layers of steam and smoke making the place look super dingy.

We were in town visiting and had never tried this restaurant. Friendly staff to start off with but the main attraction was our chef slicing and dicing our order. How he gets all that food prepared the right way is amazing but he does. Our portions were plenty ample also. Next time I’ll try the sushi .

First and last time I would spend money in this establishment. Our cook was great, but our waiter was horrible and rude. Upon entering the restaurant we were seated and approximately 2 minutes after we arrived a very nice couple walked in and the waiter can be heard saying she didnt think they wanted to sit next to us and she directed them to another table. The gentleman asked her why not, the waiter never responded. The gentleman and his wife proceeded to sit at the table with us and we had a very pleasant conversation. Now I hate to pull the race card but that’s what it felt like from the waiters actions. As I mentioned the cook was great. After completing our meal and receiving the bill, the waiter crossed out the 15% & 18% gratuity and left the 20% gratuity amount visible. I thought to myself how rude. None the less I didnt say anything. I proceed to pay my bill and I left a tip because I thought of the cook who provided great service. However due to the waiter’s behavior I will never spend another dime in this establishment.

They only had 2 chefs on a Friday night, making service slow and super unorganized. The two waitresses seemed lost and confused the entire duration of our stay. Our waitress didn’t show any sign of emotion at all, and when I asked about vegetarian accommodation she responded in the most b*tchy way she could, and told me that they couldn’t substitute the hibachi shrimp for something else. Do not come here. Not worth your money or time to go if you’re expecting even the slightest good service or a happy waitress.

We were very disappointed on change in the portion sizes. We haven’t been here in a while and decided to try it again with a Groupon deal. Usually the rice bowl was packed down and heaping full, this time the chef lightly scooped 1/2 a bowl of rice, same with the vegetables. The main dish seemed a little small too, usually a thick patty of calamari, this time strips….just not the same. The food did taste good, but at the prices they are charging, we expected more or at least how they USE to do it.
