If you have never been to this restaurant, you are missing out. We come here when going to Ocala and when we go home to St. Augustine. The food is just special. Home cooked meals and desserts as well. Jan shows equal attention to all new and old customers. As I told her this is the restaurant that every home town wishes they had. You can tell they work as a team. Bridget was so nice. Last time it was raining and the cook walked my wife to our car with an umbrella. Top notch! 5 star isn’t quite good enough for this place.

I’m sorry, but this was the strangest experience ever. The atmosphere was terrible. It seemed as if everyone was on edge and you could hear a pin drop. The waitress was very rude and the food was terrible. We didn’t complain, but another couple did and we could hear everything. We couldn’t get out fast enough.

Im not an Ocala native so I had never seen this place before. I was doordashing after dropping my bf off and got hungry. I saw this place and decided to stop. It was a small place and had that homey feel. The waitress could tell that I was unsure and offered 1 of the specials. She offered me the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon and homemade fries. It was an amazing and the waitress was so nice. If I’m in town I will be back again
