This place is a staple. My parents brought me when I’ve was a little girl for the best fried chicken in town. I’m glad I can bring my kids here now too

Best fried chicken ever. I’ve been going to Black Swan for fried chicken for over 20 years and it’s always amazing. I’ve tried fried chicken at many places and none can come close. So if you want to try the best fried chicken ever, hurry up and order from here.

I have ordered one Vegetarian fried rice to take. This my first time order. I told the lady to make it spicy. Quantity is good. But the fried rice is very bland. No taste,Never going back there again.

The food was great! The Mexican male waiter was short on patience and even made a snide remark! Because we asked a question about the menu! Thought about not tipping him, but it’s christmas! They all need to get happier down there! Not the greatest atmosphere!!

I miss the old Black Swan.before covid! Used to eat here since I was a kid. Reminds of the days going with my grandma. Now can’t dine in and the chicken meal pretty sure is Cornish hen. Absolutely small servings. Miss the macaroni soup, fried chicken and chicken fried rice. So sad!! Another staple down the drain.

They are only doing takeout at this time. No dine in. We got their famous fried chicken, the pork lo mein and shrimp chopsuey with fried rice. Everything was just ok. I honestly did not see the wowness of the fried chicken. Yes, the crust was very good, but the chicken itself was dry. The fries that came with it were decent. The Chinese portion of the food was ok. The lo mein felt a little dry and bland and actually tasted better the next day. The chop suey was surprisingly good. Went well with the friend rice and by itself. All in all, just ok.

We’ve been getting the same order for about 5 yrs now. The combo fried rice seems to be getting 1 shrimp less and less meat every year but the price keeps going up. I don’t know if it’s because we order with no onion that we get mainly rice but i thought by now they’d add some pea pods, diced carrots,, water chestnuts, or something to their mix so it wasn’t just rice but alas, they haven’t. It’s hard to find a Chinese restaurant in town that doesn’t go overboard on garlic and onions so we’re forced to stay with them and just “doctor” it up ourselves. Also, $5.00 for 2 egg rolls??? Are you kidding me?!?! SMH!

Been hankerin’ to try this cafe for years and I finally did. This is an odd menu, featuring traditional American fried chicken meals on the one hand, and traditional Chinese meals on the other. I placed one order for fried chicken and a second order for Mongolian shrimp. Orders were ready in less than 10 minutes, not the 15 minutes I was told, and the fried chicken was better than that of the OTHER best fried chicken place in Colorado place, the exquisite Juniper Valley Ranch off HWY 115. Also, the Mongolian shrimp was to die for. Service was prompt and friendly; prices were reasonable. I will be going back here often.
