This smell of my entree made my mouth water. I got the chicken curry with rice and beans – the large was enough for 3 meals and I’m so happy about this! I also brought home the pork jerk with rice. I am totally coming back to try the shrimp curry with coconut milk. There are a few items listed that you need to pre-order and that is one of them. The plantains were lovely!

The first day I went to this place I kept coming every day I love their food they have the best sea moss drink is very healthy for you curry goat is real good and their cabbage is excellent they have the best macaroni and cheese and the people are very nice ❤️

First time to visit. I went on what I thought would be slow mid-afternoon; but many customers were coming and going & this was the initial good sign!! Ordered jerk pork dinner, everything was just great. Pay the extra couple of bucks to upsize to large size: as shown in the photo this was at least 2 lbs of food. The jerk pork seemed to be a combo of shoulder selections as well as rib meat; it was prepared perfectly for savor, flavor and texture. The plantains here were the best I’ve had anywhere in continental USA. Completely satisfied; $19 here goes way further than other restaurants of any cuisine style.

I’ve lived here in the twin cities for the past 7 years now, traveling is something that I love doing to visit different places and I always remember my Jamaican roots in trying different restaurants that cook authentic Jamaican dishes. It’s always nice to visit places preparing food authentically from my culture. JCC is a welcomed addition to the St Paul/Roseville neighborhood. Wide variety of dishes including appetizers on their menu. They are friendly and prepare some great food. I can’t wait to go back!

The food quality is excellent. The oxtail and jerk pork were both really flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Oxtail was particularly tender, and both meals had plenty of food along with the bean&rice, and cabbage (which are both awesome) . The beef pattie is also fantastic – way more flavor in the meat than I’ve experienced other places. Two entrees and a few extra sides fed 5 of us for lunch. Looking forward to going back again soon.
