Mt tacos had no flavor. Buche and cabeza. My son had asada and he said it was good. I did like the selection from the salsa bar though. Red, green, Pico de Gallo, corolla con habanero and guacamole. Self serve there. But, the star of my tacos was the Carnes and they were disappointing. I tried this place about a year ago and the same thing. The tacos look good but no flavor.

Nice set up and clean, too. I love their $1.25 asada tacos. And the tortas they serve, so good! I wonder if they use butter on the bread because it is simply scrumptious. Not dry at all. I’ve never seen a taco truck offer whole beans as a condiment. Genius!

I love this place when I’m in Tulare. I visit Tulare every now and then but I stop there anytime I have chance to. Good prices on the pocket and quick to make the order. Also has a outside spot to enjoy the food freshly made there and then. They have a great condiment bar with all the fixings. Even some hot whole beans on the side for you. Food comes fast, food is worth the price and even more, the service is amazing and I would come here every single day if I could. The asada burritos are as thick as your forearm and have you saving it for later bc of how big it is. Nothing is beating their burritos and food in general, I 100% recommend this place if you love Mexican food.

Tripas taste like rubber and like they were old, bean and cheese burritos tasted burnt. I requested no chili and there was chili in my sons burrito. To top it off there was a hair in my food. Bad cook. Great friendly woman at register.
