I’ve been following Jose and Carlos throughout the restaurant they work at. Mainly for Jalisco restaurants over 20 years! They are the best Mexican chefs in Seattle! Undeniably! Get the Aguachiles don’t even think about it! Perfection, spicy raw shrimp rich in flavor cooked in lime juice! A cure for hangovers!

Excellent food and extremely courteous team of staff made our Father’s Day gathering a lot more enjoyable. Beautiful decor with variety of seating options. Curbside parking and welcoming facade make Jalisco an inviting venue. Food quality was excellent. We enjoyed chicken and vegetables fajitas to celebrate the evening. With house special margaritas too!

I ate here today for the first time and it was a great experience! The staff were nice, the service was good, the food was delicious and even for a lunch special it was a very generous serving while still for a lower price. The whole place was spotlessly clean, including their restroom! The decor was nice, and the music was just the right moderate volume and a good mix of Spanish language music. It’s a huge restaurant with lots and lots of tables, it seems to be a popular place to eat, so it’s good that it’s big! The menu has a lot to choose from… If I lived closer I would go back more often to try more things! This was perfect for a lunch break driving north from SeaTac airport.

Amazing food. I got a margarita even though it wasn’t a flavor on the menu i did ask. But told them strawberry is ok but is my favorite. I got lunch special 2 chicken enchiladas with beans and rice. I had an amazing time!

I am not familiar with Mexican food. But this is by far the best experience I had. The food is good, service is great, I love the atmosphere there too. I will highly recommend for family gathering or friend to hangout for good time and fun.

We travel a lot and visit many Mexican restaurants all through the country. This is by far one of our favorites. We were greeted and seated by a very friendly member of the family who owns this place. The margueita was great and the food was delicious. The service was top notch. And the price was reasonable. And the restros were very clean. We loved the place and will be back next tome we are in the area..
