Recently went there to get food after they’re re-branding I ordered a stoner quesadilla. It comes with chicken and sour cream, chipotle sauce, and cheese. I ask for no sour cream on there and for it to be on the side and to add rice I was told that I could not put my sour cream on the side, nor could I add rice to my food, I am able to make any changes to the food order. I have to get it as is the female manager that work. There was very rude. Very disrespectful. I ask for a refund I was told they don’t refund and there’s no sign stating in the store that you cannot get a refund nor is there one on the receipt. I took video of the store showing that there’s no sign nowhere on the receipt.

I love the food here. Sometimes they’re not going to do the drive through. They have margaritas. Prices might be too much I have heard from other, but I don’t think so. Check them out. My favorite is the Build Your Own bowl for $10, comes with a soda and chips. They have Taco Tuesday also.

As a first time customer I’m very satisfied. The cashier was very patient and answered all my questions. She was very friendly, the restaurant was clean. Stopped in to try it with my boyfriend and man I don’t regret it! You probably can’t tell but there’s juicy, tender pieces of steak and seasoned, perfectly cooked shrimp in the bowl lol everything was seasoned and the flavor…. Staff were very pleasant! Everything was cooked flawlessly, did I mention EVERYTHING was seasoned!!!!!! Little pricey but reasonable, you get a lot of food

So, I will be begin first of all with great customer service. Not only were they friendly, these ladies were awesome. This was my first time ordering anything from here, and I went with the bowl as you can see. I had chicken, which was topped with brown rice, cheese, shredded lettuce, a little sour cream, queso sauce, pinto beans, hot corn, a hot red sauce, with guacamole. This place is hands down. I can really say I love chipotle, but I truly will spend all of my money here. This place is truly hands down. Love it. Good chicken wings as well.

First time a few weeks ago i ordered a burrito bowl and the shrimp was a weird texture. I decided to give them another chance today. Got a burrito and i opened it up and there was hair on it. I showed the cashier, who was there both times, and she said its not hair. I asked her what it was and she said i could be something that was left on the grill or from a spray they used on the grill. I told her it clearly looks like brown hair(which she has) and i wanted to get it refunded because my break was over. She said only the manager can give refunds and he is not here. So i wasted my lunch break, my gas, and my money. I definitely wont be back and dont recommend anyone else going unless you want to waste your time.
