The food was very good, everyone in my party was pleased with their meal. The atmosphere is bad…dirty carpet and I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the restrooms. The service was very good and wait staff friendly and helpful.

The waitress was so very nice and the young folks who greeted us was so nice. The food the other folks ate looked very good we got a batter mushroom to share oh my were they ever good. But I was Blessed I got mac n cheese n sweet potato fries it was very good. So I had a great lunch with my knight Dave n 2 of the best preachers ever.

The food was excellent, prepared to perfection, presented beautifully, hot, fresh, and oh so very delicious, but our server, nice though she was, was exceptionally inattentive and forgetful. She even left us without flatware at our table, brought our meals and when I asked if she noticed anything missing, couldn’t figure it out, nor notice that we had no flatware. We had drinks (when she finally remembered to bring them, she forgot twice) an appetizer (brought by another server) and waited an extraordinary 25 minutes between appetizer and our meal. However, the food was so good it was still worth it. We’ll keep going back for that kind of great food. Of course it’s a steakhouse, the prices are higher than fast food, but I felt they were reasonable. We were splurging anyway. I never give five stars, there must always be room for improvement, would have given four if service was better.

Overall food was amazing and good bartenders! However I used the wrong card to pay and she said the transaction was cancelled and used another card over a week and still have not received the initial charge back in my account. Deep fried mushrooms are AMAZING!

The service was very good. The food was just ok. The prime rib was good but the blooming onion was still raw. I had sweet potatoes fries (they were a little soft). They ran out of baked potatoes at 5:30 on a Friday night. ????? The company and service were the best part about this dinner.

The appetizer was great! The server very nice; however this is NOT a place for steaks I have attempted to eat steak here twice in the past year and yet to be able to get and eat my steak it’s either well done or medium but taste like the grill!!!! It’s ridiculous and heaven forbid the manager give a damn! She totally ignored us!! Never again Jake’s never again!! Don’t waste your money go to Ruby Tuesday across the street or Mazzas!!!

Okay so I ordered a meal for a friend over the phone. I was on hold for 7 minutes, okay not terrible. The woman who answered was very monotone and just seemed like she didn’t care. Again…fine. Not terrible but not great customer service. We walk in to grab our food, it’s clearly ready seeing as it’s all bagged up in front of us. There are waiters and waitresses walking past just looking at us so we waited another 10 minutes to pay for the food. They weren’t terrible but they also weren’t great.

The last three times we’ve been there we’ve ordered prime rib. Once they were out of the prime rib. Two times we’ve ordered it medium rare and it comes medium well yuck! A lot of younger new people service is not what it used to be! I understand young people have to be trained but I asked for horse radish sauce and got straight horseradish by then my steak was almost finished. And the food was not hot just barely lukewarm
