I thought this pizza was very unique! It had its on little flavor in the sauce and was super thin and yummy. The French fries were so good as well and served in a bag so they didn’t get gross. a littttle pricey but I wasn’t disappointed with my food so I’m fine with it.

Jake’s is more than just a restaurant. It’s a place that’s barely changed since my best friend’s uncle worked there back in the day. The food is absolutely incredible and the people who operate the place are as fantastic as ever. Great consistency in quality, and will always hold special memories. If you find yourself in the area you need to stop by. Trust me you won’t regret it.

Been eating Jake’s Pizza since they opened in mid 1970’s. Was back then, and remains today, the best pizza I’ve ever had. Get the thick pizza, though. The regular crust a bit thin. They use the best pepperoni you’ll ever eat. Reasonably priced, great service. They should have franchised Jake’s, owners would have been billionaires.

I tried Jake’s after reading the reviews and knowing what in the area I view as good. Unfortunately, this just didn’t do it for me. The pie was very hot, fresh, and crispy. The sauce/cheese combo just had a very odd aftertaste. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but something was off. I guess it’s just not my style.

Since the one in rostraver is under new ownership it’s just not the same quality. I went to the Jake’s in Belle Vernon and it hit the spot. Everything was awesome. I would recommend to anyone looking for pizza in the mon valley

Still my favorite pizza after 30 years! North Belle Vernon is my recommendation though. Rostraver isn’t the same and hasn’t been for a while now.
