I thought it was a pretty good place to eat. Our waitress was friendly and attended to everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean &The food was good, although we had to send a few things back to get warmed up.

Amazing food and service!!! My husband and I where passing through and wanted a steak house. We found Jacks on google and thought we would try it out. So GLAD We did!!! The food was fantastic, our server, was knowledgeable and very sweet, and the food came out fast. The place was well kept and clean. We didn’t even have to wait for a table!!!! Always a good dinner here. Great for families, wide menu with lots of choices. Salad greens are fresh! They’re known for good steaks and burgers. Nice well-stocked bar. Efficient, pleasant waitstaff.

Visited this restaurant per the recommendation of the hotel staff. Terrible service!! They weren’t busy, but we stood at the hostess desk for about 10 minutes while they chatted among themselves. Once seated and order placed, the waitress NEVER returned, accept to deliver food. Had to get up to seek utensils and napkins. NO refill of drinks, no checking to see if we needed anything further… Nothing! After and hour and a half, I had to ask for our check so we could leave. The waitress acted as if I inconvenienced her by asking for the check.

This is a pretty cozy place. If you get into a corner it is not so loud, but even in the center you can carry on a decent conversation. The food is consistently good. With restaurants sometimes it can be a toss up, but Jake’s has a good track record for us. The beer battered mushrooms are the best I have had. I wind up there about once a month and I have always enjoyed my meal.

Classic American steakhouse food. I ordered a burger and it was very good. I wish the sandwiches and burgers came with a side, but splitting amongst a table also worked well. Friendly service and good atmosphere. I’d recommend it!

We stopped here on the recommendation of the hotel where we were staying. My wife and I both ordered the specials for the day and were very happy with everything. Our server was awesome and the food was delicious. Cooked perfectly and nice portions. We both took leftovers back to the hotel. Highly recommend.
