Had a dinner Saturday night, it was very busy. The attentive and helpful staff, particularly the lovely person who assisted me with my meal.

I had been hearing great things about this restaurant from my friend, so I finally decided to give it a try. We arrived around 6:30pm on a Friday night, expecting a long wait but we were seated right away. We ordered the Jahunger noodles with chicken, scallion pancakes (not pictured) and the honey cake for dessert. The noodles had a unique soft but chewy texture similar to the udon noodles, but with its own distinct flavor. The scallion pancakes unfortunately didn’t quite live up to our expectations and I wouldn’t get it again. Now oh my goodness, the honey cake was DELICIOUS!!!!! It really completed the meal for us.

I love the handmade lamb dumplings! We tried a couple of the handmade noodles and they were all delicious. Not a fan of the scallion package though. It was a bummer that a lot of food were sold out when we got there, including chicken stew.

I really loved it here. Definitely would come back. Don’t recommend it here for anyone who doesn’t like spicy.

My favorite Uyghur restaurant around the Greater Boston area. Came here twice and the Chicken Stew大盘鸡 never let me down. The Original Meefen 鸡肉拌米粉 is also good. Not a big fan for Meefen 新疆米粉 since it has a bitter taste because of the spices. Home Made Yogurt 手工酸奶 is really sour but honey made it taste better. Will come here again and again!

Not your traditional noodle shop. Restaurant specializes in Uyghur cuisine. Flavorful and interesting taste. Thoroughly enjoyed the dishes.

Jahunger has finally filled the long-standing void for authentic Uyghur cuisine, reminiscent of my unforgettable food experiences in Xinjiang back in 2012. Despite encountering some negative reviews, my personal encounter with their dishes transported me back immediately, reminding me of the rich flavors and cultural diversity of Uyghur cuisine.

Absolutely delicious! The Flavors, colors and textures in every dish were incredible. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Its a small space, but the turnover was quick so my wait for a table was less than what they estimated. I would definitely go back again!

Two visits two days in a row is enough to testify how much I love this restaurant, the restaurant is small with only six or seven tables, but the food really blew me away. Lamb skewers brings me back to my hometown. I was surprised that there is such a good restaurant here.
