Food was delicious, love the shakes and great customer service! **UPDATE 6/19/23** Noticing food quality going down since first opened. Food yesterday wasn’t fresh brought four meals all agreed that food wasn’t fresh. Even the cheese sauce was watered down. Always check your bag if you’re planning to eat at home. They haven’t been putting everything in the meals. My son kids meal was missing his cookies, no ranch for his chicken tenders and daughters meal was missing fries. So that was very disappointing.

Tots were crispy and had great flavor, bacon cheeseburger was cooked well and delicious. Drive thru was faster than I expected. Oreo shake was really good as well, would recommend this if anyone in mood for this type of food.

Today was the second day in a row that I went to Jagger’s! I have been waiting for a while for this restaurant to open. When I pulled into the parking lot, it was very spacious, and there seemed to be plenty of parking. I also noticed that there is an outdoor patio. On those perfect spring evenings, it would be wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the great food with good people.

We were trying to fit in a hundred tasks on a day off and decided to grab some curbside lunch. We decided to try something new. Honestly, my expectations were low. “Another chain.” We ordered. Two burgers, two tots, two shakes. It was just under $30. Not outrageous but not cheap.

I know am about 3 days late so my apologies. First I have to say, “I didn’t know there was a Jaggers in Avon,IN”. I called Sunday asking if they sold gallons of lemonade because my girlfriend (Piper) said “Jaggers lemonade is so good”. So me being from Mississippi, I grew up on southern style fresh squeezed lemonade and sweet tea. So I believed her and called and I believed a manger picked and told him I wanted 1 gallon of strawberry lemonade and ended up buying two!!!!!! A lemonade and strawberry lemonade…. Let’s just say when we got home, we got in the zone and the “AND THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE WAS FCKN GONE”!!!

This location is a joke. Every time I come here the staff are unwelcoming or just straight up rude. Sometimes you have someone standing outside on their cellphone who makes you order with them instead of the drive-thru and sometimes there’s no staff to be seen. Several times I have been given the wrong drink or salad dressing. Today I ordered the same salad I always get (blue burger salad) and it was in a container half the size it’s supposed to be, but they are still serving it to customers and charging full price. I really like Jaggers salads and always have great service at the Castleton and Noblesville locations, but never here. It’s a shame this location isn’t good because it’s convenient for lunch when I’m at the office.

Got take-out at the drive up window. From menu board to getting food was maybe 5 minutes total. Really quick. Food was really fresh. Green chile burger was awesome and had a huge slab of chile.

I went here with my boyfriend on a dinner date, and I got 2 of the 4pc chicken tender meals, with strawberry lemonade to drink, and fries and Mac n cheese as the sides, and an Oreo shake. Everything was so fresh, the Mac n cheese was creamy and very perfectly salted, the shake was portioned well with the Oreo bite, the strawberry lemonade was perfectly sweetened and overall just the best lemonade I’ve had in a long time, the atmosphere was friendly, and the lobby was perfectly degreed, the chicken tenders were cooked so thoroughly, and seasoned just right with a little bit of heat, and the French fries were so crispy and delicious. Overall it was absolutely a great experience and we will definitely be back.
