I love this vegan sushi place. My husband who doesn’t like sushi is in love with the crunchy roll. He says it’s the perfect amount of crunch. We come down to IEVS and get some whenever possible. Expect a wait cause it’s super popular and only 2-3 ppl to do everything.

Such a great sushi place. And as a vegan I’m tried of the simple veggie rolls. So thankfully I found these guys and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!
