Door dash order here. The chicken lo mein had lettuce, onion and that’s it for veggies!!!! Very disappointed. We loved this place when we lived in Springdale, and wanted to eat it again. Nope. Not even close to being as delicious as before

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I ordered General Tso’s Chicken. Got it home and there is NO chicken in the dish. Plenty of sauce and a bunch of breading and maybe some tiny shreds of chicken. The ratio is 90% breading less than 10% chicken. They are stealing your money. You must have low standards if you think this food is good.

This is a really good Chinese place. They have a good variety of food, as well as some more American options for those unfamiliar with the cuisine. They aren’t the fastest at making food, but it’s worth it. Their Hot and Sour soup is the best of any Chinese place I’ve had.

This was the first time that I visited Jade House Chinese Food in Forest Park, OH. The food was okay, I must say, I like my food seasoned well. The food was kind of bland and the lo mein was over cooked. If I hadn’t added some spice, I would have been disappointed. Now, if you like your food cooked plain, then this is the place for you! At least, it’s edible.
