The first time I ordered from Jade the food was very tasty for the price. Today I ordered from them and it was a disappointment. Both time I got fried rice with chicken winds, but this time around the rice tasted old (it smell), I did not eat it, and the winds smell as well. Other than that the lady who took my order was nice and the delivery driver. Be careful when ordering, because it can either be really good or really bad.

My friends own this restaurant and it seems like I have to answer for them. This is a FAMILY business. Their cook is the Dad, and the kids are food deliverers. The mother and kids both respond to the phone call orders. Since I have personally went into their kitchen, it is not 200 degrees in there. Don’t know why people say the food is unhealthy. It is a CHINESE FAST FOOD restaurant, and it is healthier than many other fast food restaurants.

I always use Grubhub and my Singapore chow mei fun is always piping hot and delicious! Sometimes I order twice a weekend so good!

Very impressed with this delivery via Grubhub! Chicken with garlic sauce and general tso’s chicken are tasty. Not overly sweet or salty like many other Chinese food takeouts in the area. And food packaging was good. Will order from here again.

The food I ordered didn’t taste fresh. The rice in the fried rice tasted old. The fried shrimp was limp. The fried chicken was ok so they get a two star. Everything else tasted like it’s been left out in room temperature for the whole day.

Easily one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Delivery took an hour and forty five mins. Upon delivery I opened up my food to find the greasiest food I’ve ever had. I can understand right now that restaurants are suffering as the result of the ongoing health crisis however if you can serve food that’s fresh then you shouldn’t be serving food at all. This food looked and tasted like it was prepared days earlier and then saved to be used in the future. The tofu I ordered was soaked with oil INSIDE the tofu. I squeezed it and oil poured out of it. Fried rice was ok. The beef lo mein also tasted stale. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The absolute WORST dining experience ever. They are truly the definition of cheap Chinese food. There are other options in Fort Lee, AVOID this place at all cost. The cooks are dying in 500 degree heat and when you go inside to place an order you will come out drenched in your own sweat. It is so hot and unbreathable in that restaurant. Uncaring employer/boss means uncaring person. The owner does not care about your food.

The owner who is the woman that takes the order and handles all of the transactions may look sweet but looks can be so deceiving. The cooks are dying in 200 degree heat, there is no A/C and the fan is just there for decorations. That fan is blowing nothing but EXTREME HEAT. If the owner treats her employees that badly, do you really think they put care into the ingredients and food????? Besides this employee cruelty, this is the WORST chinese takeout in Fort Lee and surrounding areas. If you dont believe me try this

I have eaten here many times because the food was good

I’ve ordered from hear several times and never had a miss. The scallion pancakes are befitting that of a higher end restaurant, definitely better than your average Chinese take out place.
