Ok food ok service old decor for 20 years ago. Don’t get me wrong I still consider Jade Garden as the old stand by of Asian buffet food. The menu options are the same as many years ago right down to the placement of them on the buffet. It is strangely comfort food in a way. Harkening back to times where groups of my friends would gather for dinner before going to Savannah up hit the clubs. The food provides adequate nutrition and a healthy portion of reminiscing. Take those things into consideration and you will love it.

Well for starters the waitress or waiter whoever that was bc really not sure either way they both forgot a drink. The food was disgusting probably because the bar was not working so all the hot food was cold and the sweet tea was hot with like 3 ice cubes. However, the fresh oranges were amazing.

Do not recommend!!! I went in today and my food had a HAIR in it, I’ve been coming here for years and service has been fine until today. I told the manager(lady) and the guy when I paid and they both didn’t care, the lady just replaced the broccoli and didn’t even apologize. The guy made an excuse saying everyone walks by and it could’ve been a customer instead of taking responsibility for the disgusting food. And I’m not forgetting to mention how the waiter was upset that we didn’t want to sit in a crowded space and she had an attitude when moving us to another table. My daughter asked another waiter for another pair of utensils and he was quick to point out that there was some on the table, my daughter told him that those were her sisters and he rolled his eyes and said okay. Terrible service and I left no tip as I should!

The only reason we had a good time is because we were together. It was obvious that the food wasn’t fresh. The food was hard like it was under the lights all day. The waitresses wouldn’t refill our drinks nor would they clear the dishes from our table. They acted like it bothered them to do their job.

Came from PA for a tennis tournament, and our whole team decided to eat here. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and Jay offered exceptional customer service to us. The restaurant, food, and staff were great, just not a lot of variety for a buffet. There is a lot of chicken but only one beef selection. Don’t know if I just went on the wrong day. The sushi had variety and was delicious. Also, I believe they are missing out by not having a salad bar.
