I’ve frequented here for years and this experience tonight has me rethinking ever coming back. The line was long which isn’t surprising because it often is, usually it moves fast so I wasn’t too worried but unfortunately the poor girl scooping the food was being constantly reprimanded by the manager who instead of manning the register let people’s food just sit in favor of trying to take over the girls job, so everything was made to wait a lot longer even though their food was ready, so I waited 20 minutes due to this, then when finally my food was made and I was about to check out the manager (I assume she’s a manager at least, she talked like she was) at the register yet again left it in favor of shouting at the poor girl who was trying to do her job and took over, it was a disgusting show of the people in charge there and made it so I had to wait 30 minutes total, idk if I’ll ever come back even though the food is delicious and cheap.

Terrible. Ordered ahead online and waited an hour after it said it would be ready. Long line with people getting upset and leaving. Finally got my food, then drove 30+ minutes home only to open one of my boxes and had nothing but rice. The 2 meats were missing! Very disappointed. Tried calling but no one answered. Love the fact that I paid full price for a meal to be basically missing all of it. Never again.

Jade Express is very Delicious! The dish I ate was teriyaki chicken and bourbon with one side. They also have other options, such as one meat with one side or 3 meats with 3 sides. They sell white rice, and noodles even spring rolls.

Went there yesterday and didn’t realize until I check my bank statements and it say 53.74 but my total was $35.00 and don’t remember the cents. SMH people check your bank statements before u leave there..don’t appreciate they add extra money for themselves and u didn’t know until the next day. Stop ripped people off. I call and no answer.

It is completely a trash of a business they charged me double and wouldn’t give me my funds back they call the manger and he refused to come to the store to make it right, the lady could not speak English or she simply chose not to speak English I don’t speak Chinese nor do I understand the language I highly recommend they be shut down period they have no level of professional skills and iam still out of 22.38 and no solution to this problem.
