Doing my happy dance right now! Honestly, I didn’t have really high expectations. Just because I’ve been disappointed at so many Chinese restaurants in the Eugene area. This exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ve been searching for a place with dry chicken with chili’s and peppercorns, their spicy chicken was amazing. There wanton and chili oil dish wasn’t too saturated in oil, which was a nice change, and it wasn’t overly sweet like most places. Soup dublins were perfect with very much of the soup, and also the rap was thin. Dandan noodles are perfect as well with so much flavor and they’re so cheap, $5.99 for them, cheaper than most lunches and could easily be your entire lunch.

WOW! This place exceeded expectations. Everything was fresh and fast. The dumplings were some of the best I have ever had. My mistake was ordering too much to finish and insulting the hostess. It was in no way a reflection of the food. 100% highly recommend

We tried the pork wontons in spicy sauce, dan dan noodles, pork fried rice, Sichuan noodles, pork steamed buns, and the house noodles. Each and every single thing we ate was incredible!! Perfect flavor balance across the board and clear that love and care was put into each dish. This is our new go-to spot in Eugene!!

Amazing experience! Great customer service(the servers are sooo nice and attentive) and at the same time the staff were hustling! They also were really considerate of my friend’s nut allergy and checked if sesame would be safe. All tables got filled after I managed to snag a spot. As someone who’s visited Taiwan many times to see family, the taste of Jade Dumpling and Noodle House’s dishes reminded me of fond memories. I would have taken more photos for y’all but I honestly went to town after my first bite and forgot everything else. Got the braised beef noodle soup(so much meat!) and pork steamed buns and loved both. I will say, if you don’t like heavier / oily(?) Chinese food just a heads up it might not be your cup of tea. The food is fresh / authentic / quality, comes out quick, and portions were generous; I ate until I was full and had plenty leftover, so I’m really excited for lunch tomorrow. Definitely coming back! Don’t make this spot too popular tho 😉

First time at Jade Dumpling & Noodle House and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The pan- fried pork dumplings are delish. We also had fried vegetables rice and chicken with chili pepper and the chefs special shrimp Shumai. Everything what’s so perfect!

Wonderful food! Always happy to try new restaurants in the area, but they rarely are as instantly amazing as this one. Small dining room, but quite pleasant. Staff was perfect, and the food was delicious. Started with dumplings, yummy! Had fried noodles with pork, an eggplant dish, and kung pao chicken (I think it was) Clean fresh ingredients and the flavors/Sauses were exceptional-and different from other similar restaurants. Different, meaning better 🙂

Very happy with dining at this place tonight. The waiter was extremely nice and when I asked him what his favorite things were on the menu he let me know. The group I was with went ahead and tried his recommendations along with some other items. We started with the spicy pork Xiao long bao, had the spicy and sour cucumber cold dish, the fish flavored eggplant which was perfectly cooked eggplant, the fish flavored shredded pork, and the chicken with chili pepper. Oh yeah, also the vegetable Deluxe! This was a great variety of things to share with a small group we were all beyond pleased with how delicious and flavorful it was. If you’re afraid of fish flavor don’t worry the fish flavored stuff was not a pungent fish it was just amazing to put in your mouth try it!

Amazing food!! The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The flavors are so good and well balanced. I had the pork soup dumplings, the Sichuan pork steam buns, and the stir fried green beans. I’ll be back to try everything!!
