The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is the construction around the place makes it difficult to easily get to. Sushi quality and selection good for this part of the country, bartenders and staff have always been friendly with indoor and outdoor seating (which overlooks the plaza courtyard). Prices aren’t bad. Good selection of booze and wine. Owner takes pride in quality of the fish and seafood. It’s a favorite of mine here in Charlotte.

I was looking forward to Jade. We had a large group. I had been there in the past and the food and experience was great. Things have changed. The drinks were still great. The waiter was attentive to our large group. The food was ok. Our food came out as it was made so it was hot. The dishes that were fried were overcooked. There were boxes being stored in the dining area and electric cords in places they shouldn’t be. And the music was too loud. We had to shout over it. The post food experience was not customer focused. Everything was blamed on the old systems and an owner who wasn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend Jade Asian Fusion if you have a large party.

I really don’t like eating indoors during the pandemic but my mother and fiancé wanted to try this place out. I’m glad I tried it, the food was phenomenal and the staff was nice. The food came out in a timely matter. I will definitely be back. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the staffs didn’t have on gloves, if it wasn’t a pandemic, it wouldn’t have bothered me

I have to try this place one more time. Maybe I order the wrong thing. I use a coupon and was very disappointed when the server charged me a twenty percent gurturity most places charged only eighteen. I guest he thought I wasn’t going to tip him. He charged me five dollars but I usually leave ten. Boy did he cheat himself.

Good service, nice atmosphere. They have patio seating and are on opentable for reservations. Recommend the sushi they had good choices. Also ordered Kung pao chicken but it lacked any flavor and was very disappointed in the meal.
