JACZ Drive-In was born out of a love for good food and a passion for southern hospitality. Owners Ed, Donna, and Jason Ivie all strive to bring tasty food and desserts to hungry people all over Star Valley. JACZ was named after the four Ivie children; Jason, Amber, Chris, and Zack. It has since become a family affair, with involvement from every Ivie, even the grandkids! From burgers and shakes in the cafe to full service catering on or off site, every meal is prepared with lots of flavor and love!

If you are visiting Star Valley Wyoming, this is an absolute favorite of the locals. Star Valley is fortunate to have 2 great Drive-in Burger restaurants. Jacz is a true Valley Branded eating experience. Service is phenomenal, and the young people that work here are exceptionally welcoming. The owners are very hands-on, including Grandma Ivie. Don’t miss an opportunity to try some of their newest handmade Ice Cream.

I have heard so many great things about JACZ, I had to taste for myself! I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries and my husband ordered the jalepeno burger and fries. The burgers are thick and flavored! The service was quick even though we were in a long line and the drive thru was packed! We topped it off with a fruity blue shake which I cannot stop thinking about! Definitely a favorite place for us and we will be back when we’re in town again!

Passing through town & decided to stop. I got the loaded bacon cheese fries & they were good. I just expected different cheese other than melted shredded cheese but the flavors were good. They even use real strips of bacon! My partner got the hot wings which weren’t hot & you had to dip your wings in sauce instead of it being on the wings.

Got the burger melt through the drive through. Could be better. My favorite part was the red onion…. Other than that it was nothing to write home about. I would recommend a more seasoned patty and to use sour dough bread instead of rye bread. Ended up eating it with sauce and bbq sauce because it was otherwise pretty bland.

This place is a great little local hole in the wall. I recommend ordering your shake when you order your food, because they are thick and it will give it time to loosen up. I highly recommend the cheese fries. They’re the best in Wyoming! Oh, and they have a cute little playground for the kids to burn off some energy.

One of the best eateries we have gone to. Food was great and fresh, service was amazing and quicker than a fast food restaurant. The young folks working here do an impressive job. This was a random stop on our way back to Yellowstone. If we are ever in the area again we will make a point to grab a meal here!

We went there looking for hamburgers and man were we surprised at the choices. Now we have to go back many times as the chicken sandwich and the mushroom hamburger we absolutely delicious! We had home made onion rings and you could tell that they were fresh. Way to go Jacz!
