This has been my go to place for pizza since they opened in Medford. However, I was extremely disappointed in them today. I ordered a deluxe to go, by the time I got it home, 10 minutes, it was cold and stale. It appeared to have been pieced together with 3 different pizzas. It was in 3 pieces and none of the sides fit together. In fact, it appeared to be missing about 1.5 inches when I put all the sides together. I had the feeling it was thrown in there from other customer’s leftovers. The thought of this made me ill, and I ended up tossing it in the trash. Unfortunately, it will be a cold day in hell before I go back now.

Absolutely love their food but they compare themselves to other places like Angelo’s and abbys but at least when you call for a delivery from either of those places you can get your food more often than not Jackson creek will decline to deliver due to “short staff” your free delivery claims mean nothing if you can’t even manage to deliver anything
