Three Travels
It had been a few years since we been, went to a few different locations, but we were disappointed on the prices for just a salad! We appreciate it can customize it which is better than getting whatever they choose. But it was pretty filthy seating, decor just doesn’t fit the ‘urban’ vibe behind the counter and in the kitchen, for what we pay, we would prefer to have silverware and napkins brought to us rather than everyone touching them as if it’s partly buffet, partly sit down, partly fast food, it’s just not a feel good place to us. Maybe we should try the hot meals and sandwiches to get a better feel.

Great tasting food, however every single time we’ve ordered here they at least miss something. Got urban fries with chicken no chicken came with it. Another time got a salad with chicken however no chicken. And again fries with no chili on top because my partner gets extremely sick from spicy foods and they still added it. If you order from here make sure you double check what you have. Don’t recommend delivery because you’ll end up not getting what you ordered or have items missing.

Food was good and service was fast (for us). We walked in and had to wait for only one other customer before we were able to place our order. Just a few minutes after we sat down and were waiting to be served, I looked up and there were 26 people standing in line.

I love jacks but my goodness what happened to this place? They never get my (very simple) order right. As soon as I pick up my order I always go back to my car and check to make sure all the salad ingredients are there. They forget the blue cheese crumbles every single time. So I go back in and interrupt the flirting that is happening amongst the 10 of them working and ask for a little side that they forgot. Come on jacks you’re better than this! Get it together my once upon a time favorite place!
