So here it is. Jack’s is Jack’s. You either love it or hate it. I guarantee they put plenty of cheese without telling how to make their pizza. I worked at one of the last original Jack’s. They don’t unwrap it and throw it in the oven. Even the one small hick up I had , they unknowingly credited me money off. Next time I will have to take a pic on the porch. Unless y’all like the larger pizza chains who put one piece of meat per piece of pizza…. ♀️

Not the same as I grew up to. Pizza was cut big squares as to smaller squares. The cut back on toppings by at least half, but charged the same. Even the crust was thinner. Probably won’t go back to the one on Lafayette Rd

This was the worst pizza I ever had. No sauce and No Cheese (even after paying for extra cheese.) The pizza was literally piled with sausage My family of 5 each tried a piece and threw it away. The picture attached was supposed to be sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese. Look at that mess!! Our Jacks experience was a complete waste of time and money.

I’ve never had a Jacks Pizza so bad before a totally different crust less than half the meat than I’ve ever had on a Jacks . The cheese doesn’t cover the pizza or meat. Don’t order from Lafayette Road and expect a normal Jacks you’ve been used too . They’ve changed to something you can get at dominos no reason to pay anymore !!!!’

So disappointing! The pizza is expensive, thin, & gross, nothing like I remember with the thick piled on toppings. The slices were flat like cardboard even though I ordered the specialty around the world pizza. Despite the higher prices, they’re stingy with the toppings, barely any cheese… such a rip off!

I’ll have to start uploading pics of my pizza orders. This place is great. The guy who is always there making the pizza does a great job and hopefully is making good money. The only jacks I’ve been to but one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. Sometimes the times are longer than expected. Tell you 20 min and ends up being closer to 40. But always worth the wait. Still gonna give 5 stars because it’s typically 2-3 workers in the store taking orders and I understand things can back up fast in a kitchen.

I grew up on Jacks in our neighborhood. Moved away to SD and when I came back fir a visit I had to get a Jacks Pizza but our neighborhood jacks had closed. So we decided to call and order from the layfeyette location. Phone Customer Service was AWESOME! I LOVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! She told me about the special and was just cool and knew her job. Pick it up and same thing from guys behind the counter, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, friendly and efficient. AND CLEAN! I could see into their kitchen, place was spotless and well organized!
