Jack’s pizza has been my favorite since I was a kid. The last 2 out of 3 times I’ve ordered, tonight included, the crust has been so thin it’s almost non-existent. This has been the case multiple times now. It is the crust and the sauce that makes jacks jacks, They even advertise their pillowy crust, And it hasn’t been very pillowy for a while! I only got a good pizza the time before last because I called and complained and told them that if I was paying 30 bucks for a pizza, I want a normal crust, A normal Jack’s pizza crust!

i go out of my way for this store just cause the closer one sucks..these guys here are awesome, pizza is always good & fresh..employees are really nice too..i will keep driving 16 miles to come here & get my pizza & most of the time breadsticks, as long as they keep up the good job.

It was like they used the cheapest ingredients on the pizza the cheese was very plastic tasting the sauce was basically just tomato paste no flavor the crust was like cardboard there was a lot of toppings on the pizza tho.. really the best part about it was the cheese dipping sauce for the breadsticks. So save yourself $31 for a large pizza and just get a dollar worth of cheese sauce and go somewhere else and get pizza..js

We ordered a cheese pizza on a hand tossed crust. We were very disappointed in the taste and quality. The crust was tough and had no flavor. The sauce was very salty. Unfortunately, I’ve had better pizzas from a convenience store. For the price, this was NOT the quality we were expecting. My husband drove past at least 3 pizza places that he could have gone to The only reason they got one star is because I could not give them a 0.

I have ordered a pizza at 546 pm tonight. They said it would be an hour, that’s fine. It is now 720 pm, I can’t call the store because apparently they turn their phones off and a recording comes on to order online only yet still no food. This is very upsetting I can’t even call and check timing. I have since already fixed my grandchild food and will just fix me a sandwich at this point. Last time ordering from here also,

WOW. That does pretty much tell you how we feel about this location. WOW. My wife and I will get pizza once every 2 weeks or so and will drive from the Speedway area to get our pizza. Thank you very much to the Team at this Jack’s for making our trip across town worth it. See you again soon.
