The food was extremely bland for the prices they charge. The service was slow and they did make a mistake with my order but the waitress did come over and let me know it was her fault and apologized. I appreciate that. As for the atmosphere there was live music playing and the patio seating is a nice addition. It’s definitely family friendly, the crowd was mixed.

Well cooked cuban. Chick cesar was also flavorful. Shrimp tasted like they were fresh off the dock. My 1st time there, but I will be back to try a few more things. Lots of variety for drinks on the shelf. I also like the look of everything. You can tell the decor was done professionally. A Black and gray modern rustic bar.

1st time here today. Pleasantly surprised. Service was great as was the food. They also had a guitarist. He was very good and the volume was perfect. We did not have to scream at each other. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend the blackened pork chop as our server did!!! Very reasonably prices!!!

Place looks great! Bathrooms were very clean (even with a packed bar). We enjoyed our beers and bartender. Our fries were cold but tasty (chalking this up to them newly being opened), the pretzel “sticks” were nuggets, but also good especially with the cheese. Think the portion could have been bigger but will definitely give them another try!

We were excited to try out the newly renovated Jack’s as our new local spot. Our server took a about 10 mins to greet us for our drink order. Our cocktails from the bar took another 10ish minutes and our server came back to take our order before they were even made. We ordered wings app, a burger and a wrap. The wings took about 25 minutes to come out and our sandwiches followed only 5 minutes behind. Terrible timing with food delivery. The burger was served on a terrible bun which was way too small and our other meal came out wrong twice. The server did apologize and took off the wrap but the manager gave no apology and seemed to not even care. We paid way too much for the terrible experience we received and will not try this place again.

The band was way too loud, so it was hard for our server to hear. Still it took 3x to order a drink for it to arrive. Server was completely overwhelmed. Otherwise, great food, drinks were good, lots of options for beer, and many choices for hard liquor. The charcuterie board could have had more cheese and crackers.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday. The wings were great, burger was excellent (not a smath burger thank god) and favorite thing by far was the screwdriver. Not a huge fan of the cheese on the fries if anything I prefer a drizzle of truffle oil but they still weren’t bad.
