Our waitress has the best customer service I think I have ever had the pleasure to witness. My family and I. Which consists of myself, my husband and our 2 teenage daughters have gone here only twice but our waitress both times (same gal) is funny, attentive and just a pleasure!! This is our go to for dinner with the kids or just the 2 of us. Food is amazing and drinks are strong.

Ordered food at 5:11 and around 6:30 I noticed tons of other patrons receiving their food who ordered after I did so I asked if it was coming out soon “we already brought it out, guess someone stole it haha.” I told them I never got it and they said they’d make another. So at 7;12 I decided to ask for a refund so I could leave, and it came out as I was asking for my refund. No apology, nothing. I paid over 16$ and waited almost 2 hours for 1 sandwich.

Everything we experienced at Jack’s was amazing!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful, the beers were awesome (with a lot of options) and the food was OUTSTANDING. Will be going back as often as we can!

They cooked my steak well done and I asked for medium rare. The first waitress I said something to was rude. The 2nd was nicer. For 35 dollars I expect a great steak! The place was nice and clean. Good drink choices.

Horrible service, they had plenty of staff but do not know how to run a business! The waitress with short brown curly hair has to be the most impersonal customer service I’ve ever experienced. They did not greet us, bring waters, tell us they would be right with us…nothing! We almost left but had to be at a concert and already ordered food. We were there for almost 2 hours for salads! I will give them 1 star because the chef did a great job on our salads.

Very nice and clean atmosphere, newly constructed and great staff. The portions were surprisingly HUGE and we all loved our dishes. I had the fish and chips, which was battered and cooked perfectly, and even had lots to take back with me. 10/10 would recommend and will return! Only wish I had taken photos!

The food here had always been good but before it closed for covid the service was horrible. Ate there several times thinking it would improve over time and had similar experiences. One trip the staff went at sat at the bar for 15 minutes while we were waiting for service. Another time we were forgotten while a table of ten cam in after the two of us and was served and left while we were waiting for our dinner. Hopefully they have it ironed out now because there aren’t a ton of places to eat in Quincy and the food was always good.
