Worst place ever..party of 3 I ordered the food and the cook said why are you getting plastic spoon and fork .. I told him to eat with , then another lady I think Manger came out and said they had to pay for them.. ok I am paying for the food we need silverware.. she started yelling and causing a fuss. I place the same order every Saturday. 30sec, 5chicken biscuits. They messed up the order with chicken and cheese biscuits when trying to correct the order the manager starting yelling at me in front of numerous people. telling me that I ordered the chicken cheese. Which I did not. It was Absolutely the rudest service I have ever experienced. I will not be back.

This was one of the best Jack’s I’ve been to. We went inside to eat, and there was a line, but they managed to get everyone’s order quickly and efficiently without sacrificing customer care. Surprisingly fast service, very nice staff, and super clean establishment. The Mangager was super on it! And a big thank you to Ms. Tasha who made the best biscuits I’ve ever had!
