One evening after work, I decided to stop by Jack’s in Eupora, MS. It’s new in the area, and I wanted to check them out. Their window service was friendly and professional. I received my order quickly! Their fried chicken was tasty and I like the mashed potatoes and gravy. Listen…..the biscuits are bomb! I’m a lover of packaging and presentation, so I was surprised about their packaging! It’s very convenient to have my order boxed hot, with plates, napkins, and forks! It’s a good added touch Jack’s!

While trying to check our order. we where told pull up to check because of a timer when we had barely gotten our food. Before we pulled away we noticed a whole combo was missing and asked about it. They tried to rush us and said that we where not charged When we said that we are missing it and asked if they could add it they said we would have to pull around and order again even though there was no one behind us because of some timer that they have. With how they reacted to the situation we decided not to pull around and leave. A timer on how long a customer is at the window should not take priority over customer service when the problem could easily be fixed by ringing up the forgotten items

Just awful, always awful. Constantly out of certain items and rude service. Or they ask you to pull ahead when in the drive thru and they forget to bring your order out. Tonight we went there about 20-25 min before closing, pulled up to the drive thru and they said “jacks” through the intercom, then when we said what we wanted to order, the person said “we’re out of everything”. Seriously? Out of everything? Or maybe more like it’s closing time in like 20 minutes and you don’t want to prepare any more food?

The Jacks in Eupora definitely needs a lot of improvement!! No matter what food you order it’s going to be soggy and cold! You’re lucky if you even get all your food without having to go back a couple times! The workers act carless and do not worry about if their customers are taken care of ! Jacks in Starkville are awesome! We are there today and there food was fresh and hot,they took time to make sure everything was correct with the order!

First time eating at a Jack’s. They don’t really have them where I am from. Wasn’t too impressed with the chicken but it wasn’t bad. The service, at this location at least, wasn’t so great. The lady that took our order was pretty rude and acted like it was such a bother to help us.

This place was really good for about the first month of being open. The reason is because “upper management” was there ensuring people were trained and shown exactly what to do and how to properly treat customers. Since then the place has been nothing but a joke. Numerous time we have either eaten inside, ordered on line or gone through the drive thru. I have yet to get a correct order and I feel like I should go somewhere else. I say every time, I will not be back. But giving them chance after chance it has NOT gotten any better. Only WORSE. This particular restaurant needs to have an employee cleaning spree starting from the top. The employees simply do not care.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO LEAVE EUPORA NOW! Very bad service, and extremely frustrating. Every customer was missing something including us. People from the drive thru were angry walking into the store not once not twice, they walked in 3 times that I counted due to them not having the order right. The people infront of us were mad cause they forgot things from their order and the people behind us as well. Including ourself. We will not be back and they forgot our fires. I saw the manager argue with someone about a shake he had order they forgot and it was on his ticket. Bad service, should have given him a free shake. Oh well. On top of all that they gave us no straws or plastic utensils

Was disappointed to get home and realize our 2 large fries weren’t in the bag and we had to go back to town to get them. The girl acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about. We were gone about 15 minutes and it was the same girl working the drive thru. How did she forget us that quickly?

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a 3 piece chicken fingers combo. I get ready to eat and the order of fries is about half the size of a normal order at other Jack’s I’ve been to and the three fingers were so small. One of them was the size of my thumb. The other two were larger than that, but they were still way smaller than any I’ve ever been served before.
