This is one of my favorite fast food joints and one of two in which I’ll eat their burgers! (I’m generally not a fan of fast food burgers). My family and I were driving home from Florida and stopped here. The entire staff was absolutely amazing! I could tell the lady that checked us out was the manager and the rest of the staff used yes ma’am, no ma’am. I was so glad to see this. Thank you for great service and great tasting food!

So, I learned today that this place “opens” at 5:00am and I get off work at 4:55am. I get off work pull in at 5:02, sit there for 5 to 6 minutes to be told “we’re not open yet.” So, I drive around for about 10 minutes and come back, its 5:18am, lady at the drive thru says they still are not open. I ask how long it will be and she says 5 to 10 minutes. I decide to just sit there and wait. Then I am told “I can not sit there because I am running up her time.” I ask why not because I am very hungry from working a 12 hour shift and would like food before going home. All I get in response is “I can’t be sitting there running up her time.” Do not stop here expecting food at 5:00am, you will be disappointed and there are no other food stops here that open at this time. Just keep going to get something somewhere else.

From 4 months ago:: Love the food every time, the dinning area was a little dirty everywhere and it was super cold in there lol!!! I’m updating my post 9/5/21 the food was old, it was cold and nasty inside. I paid $8 for my food and I got the 3 most smallest piece of tenders I had ever seen they were over cooked it was like eating jerky, the mash potato weren’t mixed properly so they were chunky. We asked for no ice there was more ice in the cup than drink.

If, as a paying customer, you want to be treated rudely then go to Jack’s in Newton, MS and Jasmine will oblige you. If, you want to be disrespected when you ask for fresh food, then please go to Jack’s in Newton, MS and Jasmine will definitely oblige you. IF, you want to hear and see her talking loud and ghetto fabulous about how “all the food just came up”, then most definitely you need to visit the Jack’s Restaurant in Newton, MS. I promise you.. Jasmine’s lack of customer service and her disrespectful attitude will most certainly make you want to spend your hard earned money some place else!

First time eating here. They have a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was above par. My only complaint is when someone asks for condiments or napkins after spending $20+ please don’t give them so little that they have to make multiple trips to the counter. This is annoying! How about a simple question of “How many would you like?” or possibly a “would you like more?”. I would have said they were a 10 but instead they became a 6.
