Read a lot of reviews before visiting. My experience was the staff was fantastic with a great sense of humor. I had to wait a minute or two on the coleslaw but no problem. The service was excellent and my food was good. If I’m in the neighborhood, I’ll be back.

12/18/22I got a sausage and biscuit and hash brown. I pull off because I was headed home to Southaven. My sausage and biscuit and hash brown everything was cold and hard and no napkins. Will never eat at this location again

Service was acceptable, food was good after a long day on the lake. We were the only people in the dining room…it took a minute for them to take our order but that’s only because the drive through was busy. Food came out quick and hot. Bathrooms were clean.

Had to sit in drive thru for over 30 min at 10:30 am on a Saturday. We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a hold on biscuits. When we ordered the breakfast sandwich instead she tells us we can’t have them without mayo. We don’t go to the Jack’s in Ripley because of this exact reason. I guess this will be our last time at a Jack’s because they’re always so rude.

I do a lot of online orders with Jacks because the wait time is at the very least 30 min so I try to have my stuff ordered before I get there. The food is good but they literally never have my order correct. I ordered 2 BLT’s today with extra bacon for $1.00 each on both and one of them I added extra tomatoes for .30… well we only had 4 small pieces of bacon and no tomatoes at all. No mention of a refund for the spare change from their end. The loss of $2.30 won’t hurt my pockets but still, it should have been refunded. This isn’t the first time I’ve lost money to them either but it will be my last. I’ve used the online app exactly 26 times, not including the times my family and I just went up there without even using the app. At this point I don’t mind driving the extra 20 min to get better service cause the Jacks in Walnut is a joke.

I wouldn’t give any stars, but it’s required to make a review. I had one of the absolute worst experiences ever at the Jacks in Walnut, MS. We were leaving a game that we had been at since 5:30 with 3 small children who were tired and hungry. I ordered online at 9:46. Arrived to the drive-thru at 9:55. I did not get to the window until 10:17 and at this point I was told to pull to the side because they needed to drop the fish and tater tot’s. At 10:30 a lady pranced out with our drinks and thought that was all we were waiting for. I proceeded to tell her we had not received our food yet. She stated she would bring straws, straws that never came. I also requested she make sure there was ketchup and ranch in the bag. Finally after everyone in the parking lot had received their food, a lady walks out with some of my food at 10:40, but stated they had to drop the chicken now for the chicken sandwich and would be another 6 minutes in which I refused to wait for. After further investigation I was missing my large and regular tots, chicken sandwich, straws, ketchup, and ranch. I refused to wait a minute longer for any more food. No one ever offered to give me my money back in the food that I didn’t get or really anything. So basically I waited 55 min for half my order and was still displeased. I will not return to this restaurant unless they get better management.

Placed an online order, only spent 5 minutes if that in like. Got my order and everything was as ordered. Very tasty hamburgers and patty melt. The comeback sauce was simply amazing. Great service with super friendly staff that ensured I got everything I needed before leaving the store.

Unless you have an hour to spare sitting in the drice thru line, you might want to skip this place. I sat in line for 20 minutes before finally making it to the speaker to order. The voice over the speaker asked me to hold on a second. 10 minutes later I drove away without placing my order. So I just wasted half an hour of my life sitting there and I STILL have to go somewhere else to get food. This place is HORRIBLE!!! AND SLOW!!!

This place has great potential however they need to learn customer service. They need people that will actually work and the team actually pull together. No one wants to wait over 30 minutes to be able to place their order then another 30 minutes to actually get the food.

Never fails everytime i make an mobile order online i still have to wait after i get there. I order unseasoned fries because seasoned are so salty i cant stand them and i still got seasoned. Every time i order pies i dont get them but this time i got two of the five i ordered. Geting tired of having 40.00+ orders get screwed up
