The food is good and I’ve eaten there several times, but my order has never been right the first time. Last night was the final straw. I ordered a Jack’s burger, a BLT chicken salad with no bacon, and two mashed potatoes with gravy through the drive-thru. I paid and was told it would be a few minutes and asked to park. I waited just a few minutes for the food, but when it arrived there was no burger in the bag. I went inside and was given by burger. When I got the salad home I realized there was no chicken on it. This has happened every visit. I like the food a lot, but I’m done.

Ordered 2 shakes, 1 of them had a sliver of plastic in it. I would’ve have given 5 stars for service because the guy at the window explained the ice cream melted cause their freezer went out & they’re having to dip frozen solid ice cream for the shakes, I understand and pulled forward. Moments later a lady brought out food & we said that wasn’t ours so she said oh they’re working on that as if they forgot. Then more time passes then she comes out with “sloppy looking” shakes, I normally take pictures, I was just too tired & slightly frustrated. Then she says it would’ve been sooner but everyone called out & nobody showed up to work tonight. Truth is the best option and SOMEBODY was LYING!!!

The girl who took my order at the drive thru must really hate her job. Was very short and rude to the person in front of me, myself, and the person behind. Could hear her disdain thru the intercom. Got to the window and got my food and she acted like I was an inconvenience to her day. I understand when people have bad or rough days and I tried to counter her attitude and genuinely told her thank you and have a nice day and she didn’t even respond and just glared at me. The chicken sandwich I got was way over done, almost like it was double dipped and the fries were way under done. Not a fan…

We have chosen Jack’s to eat quite a few times. Our last experience yesterday was not up to par. When we got home to eat, the mashed potatoes were runny, watery nasty. The green beans had 15 beans I the container. On the up side the chicken was great. We live 23 minutes away and chose not to take it back. This was about 2:30pm on a Saturday.

Went to drive-thru and my order included chicken tenders with fries. The fries were way too salty and had an orange color to them. I could not eat them. The tenders were as big as nuggets, about one third the size I would expect. I have been to other Jacks recently and the fries and tenders were tasty and just as they ought to be. Jacks in Trenton was good when it first opened but now it’s like a rip off.
