One car in front of me in the drivethru! So they weren’t rushed. Placed my order with what I believe to be an employee that needed some lessons in how to take an order. She was very rude and unprofessional! Finally get our food ordered! 25 minutes later we get our food without our shakes! Get home and open our food to eat and there’s nothing added that we requested (bacon,cheese,ext)! Bacon-ranch fries have big strips of burnt bacon, and a 1 inch smear of ranch! Burgers were bad dry, like it sat in a warmer! Very disappointed. The first couple weeks were great! But I did spot a trend! Avoid eating there after 5pm on Friday and Saturdays! Lacks management in the evenings and especially weekends!

The staff is super friendly. My chicken was undercooked one time. The wait in the drive thru was so long I had to pull away to keep from being late for work. This is a new restaurant so I think things will get better.

It is so slow it’s almost funny. Food is great but expect to wait 20-30 mins at least. I have been sitting in line for 15 minutes today and have not moved yet. I don’t care how good the chicken is, if it takes longer to get through the drive through than to sit down in a proper restaurant and eat a meal there is a problem.

I took a nap sitting in the drive thru. When I awoke I waited then followed suit and left as the car behind me did and the one in front of Mr. It’s 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday. My goodness get with it Bolivar, TN! Most definitely not fast food!

Fast service; I was able to order my food and get through the drive through in no time without having to wait for a long time period, and the food was delicious and freshly made with that being said I was very happy with my food and speedy service thank goodness for Jack’S bolivar is stepping up; way to go Jack’s

Believe in give place a fair deal and i have been to Jack’s at least 4 different days and times the fries hot one occasion, another occasion the fries were hot but not done barely had any color to them, the other occasion my burgers wasn’t hot barely warm so I’m not happy about but I am hoping it gets better…..

Can’t rate the food because I stood inside for 25 minutes waiting to order before having to leave for work. Cashier kept leaving the register and coming back. There was 1 couple in front of me and my husband, she took their order and walked away without trying to take our order. By the time we left the restaurant, that same couple was leaving the restaurant with their meal. So upsetting!

If I could give a zero star I would. I am not the type to be negative, but I walked away a very unsatisfied customer. My family and I decided to try Jack’s out for the first time because my kids was so excited a new place was opening up here in our little town. We absolutely love supporting new restaurants that come to Bolivar. We went in about 3pm and hardly busy inside they had about 4 tables. Drive thru was steady, but nothing major. As we walked in there was a couple who was waiting to get their order taken. So as they waited to get their order taken I decided to go seat my children because we had been standing there for a while. Once I went back to the counter the couple who was waiting to order was done ordering. As I stood there the only person waiting to place my order not a single person asked to take my order. Literally walking by me as if I was not even there. No hello, no I’m sorry let me do this and I’ll get right to you, not a single word. The lady at the front even looked at me a few times and never said a word to me and continued putting food on a food tray (also opening another customers food. Literally unwrapping the cheeseburger and looking at it-for whatever reason I have no clue). Even the manager seen me standing there and walked by me a couple times while I was waiting and not a single word. They focused solely on putting orders in bags for drive thru and putting food on trays for those in the restaurant and that was it. I was there atleast 15+ minutes and didn’t even get a word from any of the employees there. I had to walk out! I understand that this is a new business and everyone is learning. So many things can go wrong, but one things is that if you’re busy, if you have something you need to do first at least let your customers who are waiting know. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I know that COMMUNICATION is key and the customer service that was given to me was poorly executed. I wouldn’t say that I would never try this place again, but there are somethings that needs to be addressed before my family and I set foot in that place again!

I would give negative 10 stars but it’s not possible the first time I went my chicken was not cooked and today I went and they had a finger nail in my food. Been calling to get in touch with a manger and no one has answered

Don’t let this be what you base your views on jacks on. I have been to many different jacks and have never had the problems I have with this one. So if your curious, try the jacks in south jackson/henderson/savannah and base your opinion on those, I have high hopes this store will improve its functionality but in the mean time you may be better off going to a more established store, (with the wait times you’d probably end up getting back around the same time either way lol)
