Literally the most disgusting and worst fast food location I have ever been to. The ladies restroom was COVERED in fecal matter, all over the floor, changing table, and toilet. There was soiled underwear on the floor. To top it all off, it’s not even the typical lunch rush hour (we came in before 2 PM) and we waited for at least 7 minutes before someone took our order. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time. We then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes to get our food order (which was wrong). The food was cold, not seasoned, and honestly, I’m not sure how this location stays open.

I ordered a mobile pickup and visited 10 minutes later. I waited 10 minutes, but the manager in charge told me to wait another 20 minutes. That’s a total of 40 minutes. I told to the manager, I need cancel the order. She told me The order cannot cancel at this store. I I asked to her how to cancel the order? she said she didn’t know Could there be such an absurd case? In the end, I did not receive the product I ordered, and only paid by credit card. Store reps are very unfriendly and don’t seem to know anything about customer service. I think I wasted $25 on a great experience and will never visit again.

This location is 5 minutes away from me. It took me 2 hours to get my delivery order. Not from lack of trying on the delivery drivers part as I had a few different drivers attempt to pick my order up until I assume doordash changed my order to the opelika location 15-20 minutes away (on a good day). This I completely unacceptable for the customers and the people who take time out of there day to help deliver the food. Now I wait for some manager of the Jacks google business page to tell me they will pass this information along to their Auburn team and more than likely see no improvement if any other the other 1 star reviews can show. Too bad I didn’t see the awful reviews before ordering.
