My family and I ate at the Thomasville location and brought what we didn’t eat for later. When I started eating my coleslaw, I found a plastic glove in it!!!! This is indescribably detestable and absolutely unacceptable!!! I cannot understand how this could possibly happen and somebody not realize that they’re missing a glove!!

I had been warned about the Thomasville location, but tried it anyway. The chicken tenders were cold and we were given the wrong sauce even after being asked twice, the grilled chicken on the salad was ice cold and tasted extremely old. Will not go back.

I really do like Jack’s. Great breakfast, good service and clean. NOT HERE!!! My wife and I were visiting from out of town for a Highschool football game. We literally passed 3 other Jack’s on our 3 ½ hour trip to the game. We both eat at our local Jack’s often. We are never disappointed. If this store was all I had to judge the franchise by then I wouldn’t be back. This restaurant was a disgusting mess. The food was gross and cold. The employee’s were lost. This store needs attention.

I go into this place a good amount when I’m in town. I love the burgers and their chicken sandwiches. As well as they have a good breakfast line up. Everything I’ve eaten I’ve enjoyed, and the staff does a good job at getting orders and getting them out to you. Good place to sit and eat, or you take it out with you. They even have mobile ordering if you can’t go into the restaurant.

Good food for the area. breakfast pricing is better than other options around town. And, I personally, like the Jack’s breakfast better. The sweet tea is not as good as “the others”. The eggs taste more like home cooked. The bacon always seems to been more like home cooked bacon. Sometimes the drive thru line can take a while.. but the employees are nice.
